Raked the area they were working in and even swept my driveway. Clean, neat, Professional. Stick with Angies List. "HA" did nothing to help me.

Tom came by and diagnosed the problem and returned a week later and repaired the entire leak. Knows his stuff.

TJ knew that the job was going to be a much larger job than we had first anticipated and explained all the things that needed to be done. Knowing that budget was an important consideration, since I am retired, he told us about different ways he could approach the job to try and limit the expense. He told us about places where the rafters had sustained damage and needed to be replaced. He even worked on straightening out our sagging roof as much as he could. He had a number of people over who we're best qualified to do some of the portions, like the carpenter who did an artful job on parts of our roof improving the look of the house in scrolling the fascia to match the molding. Anyone that was on the job, Tom either had full, well-placed confidence in their skill or if they were less skillful in some aspect of roofing, he supervised their work very carefully. With all the potential exposure to the elements, TJ always left the house weather-tight. TJ has done over 200 homes in Ipswich and will readily tell where he has recently done work so you can see the results for yourself. Tom, even for the many days his crews were here, always left the site clean, always protected our trees and shrubs, always had very polite staff - no language issues and no loud music. Tom had many other jobs to go to, especially since he had originally thought the job would be much quicker, but he came most days, as weather permitted, giving up some jobs in order to keep his commitment to our job. I have had this house for 30 years and have employed many, many craftsman - good and bad, but TJ is the BEST by far !!!
