Description of Work: I was in the process of buying a house that needs a lot of work, and in order to get the loan we needed a contractor to come out and let us know what needed to be done etc. Shad was so quick to respond, friendly, and professional! I can't wait to begin working with them for all of our projects!

Description of Work: Take off cedar shingles, apply ice shield and other protective underlayment, install new cedar shingles.

Description of Work: Mr. Weber did contact me to say that he had sent an email estimate; it would have been nice if he re-sent the original email along with his phone call.

Description of Work: Shad improved our basement window wells including adjusting the grades and adding rocks. He took down a wall between two small bedrooms to make a large one, took out the second bedroom door and made that a wall, and moved a downstairs bathroom door to the other side so that it wasn't right off the dining room. He painted upstairs and down, sanded and painted metal railings outside and did a few other things.

Description of Work: Shad just finished remodeling a bathroom for me and I cannot praise him highly enough. He acted as carpenter and contractor, organizing the plumber, the electrician, the tile man, the plasterer, and the fine woodworking. It all came off without a hitch. He has quite a team that he brings together, all of them reliable and outstanding people who take pride in their work. Shad himself does beautiful beautiful precise work. He's smart, articulate, patient, sensitive to his client's preferences, informative, cooperative, neat, timely, and imaginative. He says what he's going to do, when he going to do it, and then he does it! He will spend as much time on the planning stage as you need and will answer all sorts of amateurish questions. Conversely he knows when to ask a question before making a cut and will wait while you mull. If you're the kind of person who wants to assign the job and walk away, he can handle it because he has taste and judgment. If you're the kind who wants to be involved in the ongoing progress, he accommodates you. He's just the best. The end result is not only brilliantly functional, but stunning to look at. Everywhere I look, I see something that works and is beautiful. This was the first time I had worked extensively with Shad. He had installed some Marvin windows for me and done such a precise and elegant job, that we moved on to the bathroom remodel. I now wouldn't work with anyone else.
