+ 0 moreWe have been very pleased with Scott's work and his great customer service. Scott takes the time to explain what is going on and to offer possible solutions. In an age of quick fixes, Scott takes the time to consider what might be best over the long term. One example that stands out is when Scott helped us convert from oil to gas. As he repiped the downstairs, he made sure that a low-hanging original pipe was rerouted in a much more logical away--knowing that our young kids would one day be be tempted to hang on that pipe if it stayed in the same location. Another trait that stands out about Scott is how responsive he is. When we've called him up early on a winter morning or in the middle of the summer, Scott responds quickly and is always willing to assess the situation and discuss options. He has also been happy to complete all paperwork necessary for us to receive rebates for our oil-to-gas conversion. For all of these reasons, we will continue to use Remick Plumbing and Heating for years to come.
Description of Work: Scott at Remick Plumbing and Heating has done many different jobs for us over the years--since we bought our house four years ago. Most recently, he serviced a gas boiler that he installed. Two years ago, Scott helped us with an oil to gas conversion, walking us through the steps in the process and filling out all the necessary paperwork for our rebate. Before that, he installed energy efficient toilets in our house just after we purchased it, replaced several leaking pipes, installed new faucets, got our sump pump up and running, and coordinated the installation of a new bathtub in our upstairs bathroom.
