i had another company do the excavation and i had Bresnahan and Horrigan do the fine grading and asphalt these guys did such a great job and worked very hard at getting us the proper draining for our parking lot and the surface was so well done . we had only one week to get this done and this company came out on short notice and did an excellant job.i have a busy auto repair shop we shut down for one week and got all this done.

I bought a house in October 2010 and one of the most visible exterior features was the persistent set of puddles that according to neighbors had plagued the driveway for many years. In early spring I called Dave. He returned my call promptly and visited the property soon after. He explained clearly where the grade would need to be changed to direct the water elsewhere and eliminate the puddling. Also, when I told him that I may be building a detached garage in a year or two, he indicated that a binder coat would hold sufficiently for several years, thus saving me a significant sum of money. His estimate was competitive, but in the end it was his knowledge and experience that won his company the project. Although weather forced the work to be delayed for a few weeks, the end result was immediate. No more puddles.

This is an excellent company. We had a fabulous experience with them. They were on time and very hard working. They were able to keep everything organized and neat on such a messy job. They really worked hard and I give them a lot of credit. They were great.
