He's able to do just about any work that is needed to be done around the house. It's a consistent high level of quality and we will be using him again soon. Overall its been a great experience.

I reached out to this provider multiple times without a return call. At one point he took my call while with a customer and asked me to email him the details of the work, which I did. I have since followed up 3 others times with emails asking if he was interested in this job. A week later after calling I find out that they are closed for 3 weeks. Luckily I am quoting other companies but overall it is disappointing to have to try and track down the provider and to not hear back either way.

This guy was unprofessional and arogant. When I first called, he was on a job and couldn't talk. ( I understand that totally). he informed me that he doesn't talkon the phone about jobs and that I needed to go through angie's list site. I did that and did not hear back from him. After a few days, i called him back and he then exlained that he does not use angie's email because it is too difficult to use. I asked why he told me to do that in the first place. Hestated thathe asked me to email him directly, and not through the site. So I then did that. he finally contacted me through email and stated that we were not a good working match and that he was going on vacation. Had he been professional and up front from the beginning, I would have more respect for this company.

All work done well and quickly

We called Mr. Fix It regarding a toilet clog and Lorenzo came over immediately to help out (I was 9 months pregnant at the time). Despite the fact he may have been able to fix the clog himself, he referred me to a specialist that he knew could come over the same day and help me out since the specialist had more advanced equipment. After spending 30 or more minutes at the house (he tried quick fixes - plunging, snaking, etc and did an assessment of the pipes), he only charged us a visit fee, and even that he discounted since he didn't actually fix the clog.

Joined Angie's List at 3:30pm. Found "Mr Fix It " and he was here in 20 minutes. From time I joined Angie's List and job completed, took 90 minutes. Thanks. Will surely call "Mr Fit It" again.

Estimate was way more than we felt the job was worth so we did not use their services. I understand it would have taken two trips because of drying time but we had all the materials at our house. I had been doing all the drywall myself up to that point (was 37wks pregnant when we called them for an estimate) and it never took me that amount of time. I ended up finishing it all myself and it took me only a couple of hours for two days. I am experienced at doing drywall and have been doing since I was 16 so one cannot say I don't know what I'm talking about.

My expectations were exceeded by Mr Fix It. I contacted regarding my issues with my toilets and he responded to me immediately through this website. He called me in the morning stating he would stop by approximately noon/1 which he did. He immediately took care of the toilet downstairs and looked at the toilet upstairs. He went for the parts at Home Depot and returned to fix the toilet upstairs. The job was done in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated. A great job was done. The pricing is reasonable. He was very professional with a great personality which is why we look forward to working with him again in the future. You will not be disappointed!

He did a great job! The new mailbox post survived a rough winter with no problems. Chandelier & closet doors work fine too.

They were just great! Rent called right away, sent an estimator the next day and saved the day by sending a crew to install my floors the next day. All were interested in doing the job right as well. Happy majic elves, I would recommend them to all!!

I am not very familiar with the household staff in general, so I rely on 'expert' to give me an honest opinion. SO- - At end of first visit, I got the price of around $600 to fix replace the faucet, and lock, plus replace a pipe for washer(about 1 foot).

He did exactly what we asked..however, the price was unexpected! I will connect with him again, and understand what his hourly wages are..because, it seemed excessive!

Projects are still on-going. Planning more projects for the future as well. Have recommended to friends.

We purchased two blocks of four hours of work for a set price through Angie's List. We had a room with wallpaper that did not want to come off. We purchased most of the materials needed for the work after this contractor specified what he thought he would need for the job. This helped keep our costs down overall. He indicated that this was the hardest wallpaper to remove in his decades of work and he understood why we were unable to do it ourselves. He and an assistant went over the eight hours and we paid them for two additional hours of work. In the end, however, the wallpaper was removed and we were able to continue our renovation of this room. We really liked this service and would definitely hire them again.

They were terrific. They were efficient, polite, and timely.

Mr Fix it returned an email that I sent on Friday describing what I needed done by a phone call on Sunday. He made an appointment for Monday at 11:30 AM. He arrived at 11:15 AM and was well prepared and ready to go to work. He wasted no time, was very accurate, did an excellent job and cleaned up well. He showed integrity, honesty and my first, but not last experence with Mr. Fix it, went very well. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that did not take advantage of a women who needed some work done. I would highly recommend them.

Despite the weather being unfavorable, he arrived ready to go! Everything was done in a professional manner. The work was done quickly, and I paid a very fair price for the amount of time and work that was involved. Living alone, it can be very difficult to accomplish some things simply because you need a second set of hands or someone stronger than yourself. I am SO glad that I found this website so I would never again have to worry about finding someone to help me with house-related repairs. I refer him to anyone I know who is looking for a handyman, and I will definitely be calling them in the future. Money very well spent!!!

We've used Mr. Fix It on two occasions - the first was around November 2012, when he installed a new screen door, a railing for our front step, and a new spigot for the exterior front of our house. The second was this summer to fix a severe leak in our kitchen sink/pipes. For some reason I had forgotten about Mr. Fix It, and I had initially called another plumber about the problem. That plumber told me the earliest anyone could come out to even look at the sink would be the following week. Then I remembered Mr. Fix It, I called, and Lorenzo was at my house within the hour. He fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. I definitely won't forget to call him first for my future "fix it" needs!

took advantage of an Angie special for 2 hours of handyman service. I had some trouble replacing outdoor recessed lighting, and wanted some pictures hung without trashing my walls. Lorenzo responded very quickly to my email and telephone calls to set up a time that worked for both of us. He and his partner arrived on a snowy morning a were both very helpful and professional, even though I wasn't prepared with the proper replacement bulbs for the lighting. They took great care of all my needs in the time I payed for. They even had some great suggestions on future jobs I needed and I will have them back to take care of these projects.

Mr. Fix-it removed an old microwave and installed a new one. He discovered that the old unit was not vented properly and he took the time to correct the venting issue as he installed the new unit. It was a very pleasant experience.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. I did not pay him anything extra other than the big deal purchase; it was exactly what he said. He did what he was supposed to do. He was professional.

This young man is not only talented but has a great personality. Is very capable of being inovative when required and he is a perfectionist. The work was done quickly and to our satisfaction.
