Lorrenzo was very professional and knew exactly what to do. In fact while on the roof to replace the flashing he checked up and down the roof line for other loose pieces and added additional nails to preclude future loss during high winds. This was a small task but it had taken me numerous calls to providers to finally find one that would come and do the work or even call back. One may think he is a little pricey but considering the distance traveled and the nature of the work the fee I felt was reasonable. Will definitely use in future if I have minor repairs necessary.

He and his crew did a very professional job. The project involved removal of a double window, removal of the old sill, making a new sill and replacing the window, in addition to repairing the bottom of a wooden door. He knew exactly what to do, and accomplished the project expeditiously. He was careful to minimize any mess, and cleaned up after himself. I thought the price was quite reasonable, considering the amount of work involved.

Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Communication was prompt and clear. He was on budget and help me think through all the options. A real pleasure to work with and I'll definitely be using him again for other projects around the house.

Lorenzo responded the same afternoon that we asked him to replace our leaking hot water heater. Lorenzo arrived when he said he would. He provided efficient, professional service at the end of a long workday on Saturday. Would use him again and recommend his services.

There was nothing wrong with the service and it was OK by me. It was a difficult job for the guy and he did OK. I thought it was a little high, I think that he could have done a better job at a cheaper price. Their response was good. They came out after my call. They weren't to long on coming out.

Lorenzo was great. Friendly guy and on time. He had several people working on the job. They were very efficient. The rate was exactly as he said. There were no surprises. He also looked at the additional items on our list so he will be giving us a quote on those. I really feel he was a great value. We have lots of little things that need fixing. I know from experience trying to fix things myself in the past, I would have spent a lot more time, more money on probably the wrong parts, and would probably have broken something else in the process. The fan had been sitting on the floor in the dining room for three months. And, we had purchased a support bar that it turns out we didn't need. I'm very happy to have it installed. I did try to fix the closet door before I called him. I took a hammer to the doorknob! The fact that they fixed the problem without damaging the door was a real plus. Also, he was very nice not to criticize any of my homeowner "fixes". (I have had that happen in the past). - He is highly professional. They cleaned everything up as well. There wasn't any debris or dust. I will be calling Lorenzo in the future. Next on our list is a cracked pipe that is leaking and our sump pump needs some work.

Lorenzo is professional, punctual, trustworthy and neat. The windows that were ordered were exactly what I wanted and maintain the architectural integrity of the house. It's a pleasure working with Lorenzo and his staff. I would not hesitate inviting Mr. Fix It back to do more work as needed. As a matter of fact I'm planning on having the final two replacement windows completed next spring.

I contacted Lorenzo (Mr. Fix It) on a Tuesday, and heard back from him that night with a quote for our job. We spoke on the phone the next day, and he was able to come out to my home the following day (Thursday). The process could not have been easier and more straightforward. When we spoke on the phone, Lorenzo gave me detailed instructions about what kind of paint and supplies he would need to complete our job, including brand names. He even offered to talk me through it from the store if I ran into any issues. The next morning, he and his nephew arrived right on time, and asked for a full walk through of the projects. After we discussed everything and I explained the issues I had run into trying to do one of the jobs myself, they set to work. They were done with everything by early afternoon! Overall, everything was done exactly as I had asked, and they were a pleasure to work with. Note: He charged a reasonable fee ($75) for travel and mileage, as my home was about an hour from them, but they offered to waive this fee if I had a full day of work. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have a list of projects that I need assistance with.

After the 2011 tornado, my insurance company had a company replace siding that had been dented in the storm. The work was poorly done, and came loose during normal wind storms throughout the following years. Each time a piece blew off, I salvaged it for the purpose of putting it back up again. By the time I called Ren, an entire peak of my house was missing its siding. Ren does very nice, neat work. He was able to use my saved pieces in addition to some left-over siding the previous siders had left. It came out beautiful, and his work has withstood all the gusty winds we've had since then. I recommend Mr. Fix It and will call him again when I need additional work done.

I've used him twice. Both times he was excellent. He called back. He came on time. He gave me an estimate and the cost wasn't much different from what he estimated. It took him probably about half an hour to 45 minutes. There were no unexpected issues during the visit. He came when he said he would.

Lorenzo and his assistant were terrific! Timely communication, prompt arrival, great explanations of what needed to be done, and step-by-step communication. Clean and courteous. Will definitely use his services again and highly recommend them to others.

i was pleased because Lorenzo answered my call in person and provided instructions on photographing the problem area and sending the information to him via text or e-mail. He came out to repair the leak within a reasonable time (5 days - it was not a flood, just a drip) and had everything repaired within a four hour window. I would hire him again, especially since he is someone I know i can get in touch with - there is nothing worse than leaving messages and never getting a call back, which was my experience with other plumbing companies who I will never call again. Very professional and courteous.

Our calls were returned promptly. We were in a jam with some water coming in the house from all the snow and ice after the hard winter. This was despite our efforts at raking the roof and having another company we had worked with before do some work. Mr. fix It did the job right and completely removed all snow and ice dams.we were very pleased with promptness of service, especially considering that every place in town was getting lots of calls for this type of work. We would definitely hire mr. fix It again.

The best thing is the quickness of their service. They called me the next day, was there the next day and started the work right away. They are very professional and neat workers. They did everything that I asked them to do, so they did it and there was no problems. The price was very reasonable. They were there when they said they were going to be there, so they're also very prompt.

Lorenzo is very personable and listens as you describe the issue. The source of the problem was being elusive, but he persisted in his investigation and discovered the issue and quickly fixed it, Voila, lights!!

i was very very pleased with Lorenzo's work, he was very congenial. i would recommend him to anyone. He was professional, respectful, timely and honest. There were complications and parts that he needed and he returned promptly the next day to complete the job. My second floor tenant had been drinking and was being very difficult, but Lorenzo kept his cool and managed to keep professional under such extreme circumstances. I will be calling him back for any work i need in the future. Truly a professional.

Mr. Fixit, took care of quite a laundry list in a very efficient and effective manner, I was impressed that he changed his original schedule so that he could fix my sink disposal. I am having company for this weekend, and it was crucial that it was fixed, since it was also effecting my dishwasher. Lorenzo and his assistant were very professional and even accomodated a few extra things I thought of. They had all the tools they needed and were very prepared. I will certainly use them again and tell my neighbors too.

Lorenzo/Mr. Fix It is the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Springfield area. Although he has done work for me in the past, this review has to do with repairs he did as I was selling my home in Wilbraham. I was really under the gun with the buyers bank (FHA requirements). Lorenzo was very prompt; seemingly dropped everything to get my work done on time for closing. I have no doubt that if it weren't for Lorenzo, my house would not have been ready for closing by the closing date. He and his crew are always prompt, efficient, expeditious, friendly, courteous, kind, understanding, very professional, and of the highest moral character. I have recommended him to my real estate broker for recommendation to any of her future clients who need dependable, down-to-the-wire work. OMG, I am a recent widow with 5 wonderful children and 2 dogs, who needed her bathroom done very badly. These are things my husband took care of .With him being gone, who do you turn to. All the tiles were being held up by ducktape, the holes in the floor were covered with bath mats, the vanity was older then dirt itself, and the toilet was not far behind. I discovered Mr Fix it Handyman on facebook and sent him a message to stop by to give me an estimate. The original plan was to only get the tub done, but he was kind enough to work out a deal to get the whole project done. Mr fix it Handyman has done more then what we had discussed, Replaced the toilet Flange, Put new valves on all the pipes with no extra charge, Replaced the bathroom air vent cover no charge, put a new shower curtain rod up no charge, and 2 towel racks and a new light no charge. He also replaced alot of damaged and broken tiles from previous installments back in the day. No words can describe how greatful I am for meeting him and his Sidekick. They are a blessing to my family and I will continue to use his services in the future. Angies List members are lucky to have him because hes worth every penny. P.S. Make sure to have plenty of Fresh Acres chocolate chip cookies and a microwave for their lunch LOL.

He's able to do just about any work that is needed to be done around the house. It's a consistent high level of quality and we will be using him again soon. Overall its been a great experience.
