Description of Work: Put inAC's secured them with grey electrical tape that is now permanent on our windows. It has left permanent marks on our window frames. |Our toilet was running and we were charged $190.00 for a toilet "kit". We foolishly believed them even though they did not show us the old parts. The problem continued, we went to the hardware store and purchased a $5.00 part and fixed it successfully ourselves. |Shame on them for their dishonesty.

Description of Work: After initial phone contact, Mr. Fix it did not respond to my e-mails requesting an estimate on work to be done. This even after he set up a time period of 5 specific days for the estimate. Never heard from him!Unprofessional, in my book.

Description of Work: Contacted through Angies and the response was simple "not available". Not sure if that meant he no longer is in business or something else. Anyways I tried.

Description of Work: Replaced rear entry door on house. |After being told by a Home Depot contractor that they could not install a replacement door in our undersized entryway we turned to David from Mr Fix It, who had had done some earlier work for us.Sure enough he was able to replace the door with a new weather tight door.It was a custom fit door so the price was expected to be a little higher but David did bring it in with budget. |

Description of Work: We had provider put in cat doors and fix handles on several doors. But they did not get the correct screws for the handles and every time we go to open door we get scratched or cut. Also, it is was not clear to me at the time I booked the service that two men would come so we only got 2 hours of service instead of 4. I never feel as if we get the same value when two people show up versus one so we did not get all the projects done that we wanted.
