+ -1 moreI have been completely satisfied with Tatiana. She is reliable, but does require some flexibility. Sometimes she cannot make my regular cleaning day, but she calls to let me know and usually comes the next day. This has never been a problem for me, but just something to be aware of if you absolutely insist that your house is done on a specific day/time.
Description of Work: Tatiana has been cleaning my house for nearly a year. She is thorough, and takes great pride in her work. She also takes initiative, cleaning refrigerator shelves and cabinets, and organizing closets. I never asked, but she cleaned the inside of my fireplace. She really cleans my home as if it were her own, going way beyond the usual dusting and mopping. She'll even wash windows, or clean the basement!
