We had the company refinish the floors about 10 years ago and were very satisfied with the price (no one else had an estimate near theirs) and quality of their work. As a result, when the floors began to show wear and tear from the years with as many as three dogs, we called only them to get an estimate. The price was more than satisfactory, and they began work within a week. After carefully sealing off the rest of the house, they finished up the work over a total of three days (to allow time for the floor to dry), working 2-4 hours each morning. They were punctual, tidy, and efficient.

The crews arrived on time each day, did their work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. The floors look wonderful. Even though the job took a day longer than expected because of difficulties with the linoleum removal, the final cost was only $16.00 over the estimate. I am extremely pleased with this firm and recommend them highly.

Very good. Provided accurate quote over the phone. Was available within a week. Started work promptly at 9am on first two days. Showed up at noon on day three, which was good for the floor since damp weather took longer to dry, but they never communicated to us the later start. NO DUST! Floors look great!

Great experience. The work was excellent, timely, and very neat. The floors were ''transformed'' and I think they did the job in a lasting way with the the primer and multiple coats. And they discussed that if there were any problems in the next few years, we should call. I felt that the company had good credibility, caring/positive, and professional.

One of the workers poked a rather large (four inch) hole in the wall w/the sander and never mentioned it to me or the company owner! So it was news to the owner Ang when I told him. Implement a little QA w/the work/cleanup and fix broken things in advance. Also, the floors were soft pine (we didn't know this) but they are very sensitive to scratches (this is something the owner could have told us @ the time of the quote, but it's in his best interest to have to come back). Also, there's some secret formula/dry mop to maintain these floors which is very difficult to do. Based on the cost of this work, I would use someone much cheaper (there was absolutely no price negotiation here). I'd use someone else who would be 1/2 or 1/4 of the price. I went w/them from a personal referral "best in the business". I'm not sure if I agree w/this assessment after this experience. Also, the workers were HEAVY smokers and didn't feel the need to not smoke/hide this while they were working.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND METICULOUS - THEY EVEN SANDED THE VERY SMALL CLOSET SPACES. CAME BY THE DAY AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE SATISFIED AND TO OFFER TIPS ON HOW TO PRESERVE THE FINISH.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLOOR SANDING OF MASS WAS VERY POSITIVE. IT WAS NECESSARY FOR ME TO MOVE OUT OF MY HOUSE DURING THE TIME THE FLOORS WERE REFINISHED, AS I CHOSE TO HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE COMPLETED AT ONCE. THE COMPANY WORKED WITH ME AND MY SCHEDULE, AS THIS TOOK A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF PRE-PLANNING. THE HOUSE IS 100 YEARS OLD AND IT IS DOUBTFUL THE FLOORS HAVE BEEN REFINISHED IN MANY, MANY YEARS. THE FINISHED JOB IS GORGEOUS. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THE COMPLETED JOB. I FOUND ANH NGUYEN, THE OWNER, EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING. I MUST SAY THAT I AM VERY PARTICULAR AND ANH ARRANGED TO HAVE HIS SERVICE PEOPLE COME BACK TO TOUCH UP A COUPLE OF AREAS WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. ANH IS VERY SERVICE-ORIENTED AND I CERTAINLY APPRECIATED THIS. WITHOUT RESERVATION I WOULD HIRE FLOOR SANDING OF MASS AGAIN IF THE NEED SHOULD OCCUR. I WAS TOLD THAT IF ANYTHING SHOULD HAPPEN (WHICH I DOUBT IT WILL) THEY WOULD RETURN WITHOUT QUESTION. I ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE THEM!

RIGHT AFTER CLOSING ON THE PURCHASE OF AN OLD HOME, WE HAD A CONTRACTOR REFINISH THE FIR FLOORS (BEFORE MOVING IN). THE CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB, CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE (INCLUDING DEEP SANDING MARKS, WAVES, UNFINISHED EDGES, SANDING ACROSS GRAINS). WHEN WE HIRED FLOOR SANDING OF MASS. TO REFINISH THE FLOORS (FOR THE 2ND TIME IN 1 MONTH, AND AFTER WE HAD MOVED IN), THEY WERE CHARGED WITH THE DIFFICULT TASK OF REPAIRING SOMEONE ELSE'S DAMAGE. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND THE FLOORS ARE NOW BEAUTIFUL! NOT ONLY WERE THEY ABLE TO EXPERTLY REPAIR AND REFINISH THE FLOORS, BUT THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. WE HAVE BEEN BURNED BY NUMEROUS CONTRACTORS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND FLOOR SANDING OF MASS. TO ANYONE, WITHOUT RESERVATION.
