I spoke with Tony on yesterday and we set up an appointment for today. He had me take pictures of the problem a still and video. That hopefully helped to let him know what tools he would need to solve the issue. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Replaced the mechanism and another piece that had rotted out. Would hire him again in the future if needed. His company was also close to where I reside and that was also a factor in my selection of his company.

Very well, had low hot water pressure in bathroom shower,Tony came out and solved problem.

Great -- he was in the area already, and he came right over. It was a trickier job than he -- and I -- first thought, but he persevered and in the end was successful. I was so relieved! I would call him again if I needed a plumber.

Tony came soon after calling,tried to rebuild sink but it was determined best to replace (1935 sink). .He went and bought new sink which was the right size and style. He then bought and replaced garbage disposal. Cost is for sink and garbage disposal and installation.

It went very well , I called Toni the night before and he came out the next morning and took care of everything.

Job was done expertly and efficiently.

Anthony arrived within 2 hours of our call - on a Saturday! He was careful to try to diagnose the problem and avoided ripping open our entire ceiling. He was very thoughtful and methodical about narrowing down the problem and was eventually able to identify it and repair it (it was a pipe to the radiator in the room above the kitchen that was leaking). He has gotten us out of a few plumbing problems in the past. He is very responsive and professional. We highly recommend him.

During demo of kitchen, the existing pipe to sink was damaged. Although, Tony was in the middle of another job he came and repaired pipe. I would highly recommend Tony for any plumbing job. I have used him several times for all types of plumbing in my three family house. His pricing is reasonable and his performance is great.

They showed up and examined the system I was told it is too old and had to be replaced for the tidy sum of $5,000.00. They made no attempt to actually try to get it going. I knew the unit was old, but it worked last season. It seemed as though they just wanted to fulfill their obligations under the Angie's List deal I purchased. They had no interest in trying to repair the unit. Later that day I checked thingsout and found that the blower wasn't working. I changed the capacitor and the blower ran. I still had no cooling, but how could this have been overlooked? They seemed smug and just trying to get me out of the way. I called their office and explained all this so they sent out a foreman who confirmed what the technician said, but no explanation for the blower cap. He seemed very perturbed that he had to come to my house. He didn't even say hello or announce himself. He was very smug and made me feel like I was a combatant customer. Seemed as though he just wanted to kiss me off. In short, I got nothing for my money.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Ended up needing minor electrical work, but Tony called in an electrician and kept the project moving forward. Both the dishwasher and disposal continue to work perfectly.

The tech was very responsive, and solved the issue efficiently. He always calls back right away even if he cannot come that day, which is appreciated.

He was called to replace the disposal in the kitchen because of a leak under the sink, but I ask him to look at my furnace since I had no heat but was using space heaters. He worked very hard to determine the problem. The winter months of 2013, my furnace worked intermittently, but this month it stopped after running for 5 minutes, each time it came on, if it came on at all. He diagnosed the problem after a thorough evaluation. My furnace works like a charm and I won't freeze tonight or stay awake half the night worrying about my safety with those space heaters. I am forever grateful for his patience and professionalism. He will return again to add another part to the furnace to enhance the life of the furnace. The individual is responsible. He returns telephone calls promptly and show up for his appointments timely. Thank you again.

We called Tony because of our good past experience with him with other plumbing issues. Some water was backing up into our basement through the drain line for the washing machine. After we called him, he was able to accomodate us the folllowing day. He arrived on time and proceeded to clear the blocked main house sewer drain. He ran the snake 30ft out and pulled out tree roots from the drain pipe. The whole job took a couple of hours. He recommended getting the sewer line televised since it seemed to be either cracked or broken because roots were getting in. He charged us 535 and we thought that it seemed like a lot for 2 hours worth of work but we did not question it since he had come in such short notice and we had nothing to compare it to. That night we searched Angies List for televising services and came across other plumbing reviews for sewer drain clean-ups. The majority of members paid between 300 and 400 for this type of service so we realized that we paid too much. Regardless, our drain seemed to be working so we were content. Unfortunatelty, it only lasted 6 days. We called Tony again and when he showed up the next morning, he said that he could run the snake again but that he would have to charge us again. We could not understand why the service was not covered under the original work order but he said he had done his job the first time and that there were other issues with our pipe which were out of his control. We did not want to keep spending 535 every week to have our sewer drain cleaned so we told him no thanks. He charged us 100 for the visit. So we are now 635 in the hole and continue to have a blocked drain. Conclusion: We contacted another company, they came within an hour. 20 minutes later the sewer line was cleared . They charged 167 and guaranteed their work for 30 days!

Tony from ABS reminded me why I like hiring local tradesmen. He responded promptly to my phone message, was clear about what the job entailed as directed by the local codes and gave me a reasonable time frame for his arrival. He was professional, informative and friendly. In addiiton, his fee was reasonable and he came to do the work on a Saturday even though this wasn't an emergency call. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

He did an excellent job. He came very promptly and was very professional. He came right over and did a good job.

I called him on Friday because I had water on the cellar floor from the main drain pipe. He came on Saturday to look at the problem and said it was definitely the toilet that was leaking and he could come on Monday to fix it. He was prompt and professional. He was there at about 9:30 and was done by noon. He charge me $500 just for labor alone, that's about $165/hour! The whole bill was $725. $225 for a flange for the toilet and a part for the sink to close. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say. And he said, well the parts are expensive. I was so disappointed in him. I am self employed and I know that people should be paid a reasonable amount but this just felt like gauging. This is not one of those big plumbing companies, this is one person and a truck. I should have asked him beforehand so I could have made a decision and maybe gotten some other estimates but I made the mistake of trusting him. Learned my lesson finally.

I got a call back from Tony within and hour of my call to him about a leaking furnace pipe. He was able to come the next day to replace the pipe and restore the heat. As usual he was professional, neat and got the job done perfectly. Tony has been my plumber for years now. Always helpful and considerate, I will always call on him when I have a job to be done.

After trying four or five times to stop toilet from leaking into cellar I called Tony on a friday he came the next morning fixed the problem explained what I had done wrong was on his way by noon, well worth the $185.00

The bathroom sink was clogged and had a persistent leak. I call Tony and he returned my call within 10 minutes. He was available to come the next day but I had to postpone it for a few days due to my job. He called as promised half hour before arriving and was sharp punctual. He unclogged the drain, but had to return the next day which was a Saturday to change the drain plumbing. I am satisfied with his work and professionalism.

I spoke with Tony and described that water was leaking from first floor shower and damaged ceiling of lower apartment. We made appointment for 9:30. Tony was punctual. He was also very professional and courteous. He looked at the shower and the adjacent toilet. He also looked at the damage in the lower apartment. Tony checked the shower drain pipes and the supply lines and did not find any signs of a leak. He ran the shower and discovered water traveling along bath edge and under the caulking. Tony re-caulked the tub edges, replaced a leaky hit water handle, and replaced a toilet pump. Entire job took about an hour and a half including cleaned up. Tony did a great job, determined exact problem so I was not paying for waste, his rate was much more reasonable than other plumbers I had called. Tony will be the new plumber I will call for my apartment building.
