 + 0 moreIt did not go well. Verizon needs to hire professionals not immature 'kids'.
Description of Work: I called Verizon with a complaint regarding a spammer who was using my phone number to spam. I had asked the spammer how he was able to do this. His response to me was that he was a f#%&ing magician! I called Verizon to report this and the young man at Verizon LAUGHED!!! Yes you read this right...the Verizon employee laughed at what the spammer said to me. My husband and I were appalled and angry. We have been a customer of Verizon for decades and this is how we were treated? Verizon needs to hire mature professionals not psychopaths. (Dot ratings above are on wireless internet... which keeps cutting out.)

 + -1 moreI purchased a Blackberry Curve in Sept.09. The phone stopped working in Jan. 2010. So they sent me 'like new' replacement phone. One month later that phone stopped working. I sent that one back and got another 'like new' replacement. That one stopped working as well. I called them and said I want a NEW phone or my money back. Neither of which they will do. Under my current contract my phone is under warranty but they refuse to give me a new phone! I am on my third 'like new replacement 'phone and that one is also exhibiting the same symptoms as the others. They are again mailing me another 'like new replacement ' phone! They told me that I wasn't eligible for a new Blackberry until Sept 2010. This is my business phone and I am missing calls and e-mails, all of which are part of my livelihood. I cannot go on for the next 5 months with this situation. My other option is to pay them $200.00 to get out of my contract. This is the poorest customer service I have ever gotten from a phone company.
