Schmidt Painting

We have an old house, 1863, and it was in desperate need of a painting and restoration of some of the exterior woodwork. I had several estimates when I noticed the house across the street was being painted. The crew was there at the crack of dawn and didn't leave till after 7pm on some days. We talked with Derrick and was very impressed by his knowledge of the process and gave us an estimate. It was a no brainer, we hired him and his crew. They started on the day he said and indeed were there most days for 12 hours. The workmanship exceeded what I expected. His suggestions of how to handle certain parts of the job were spot on. His price was very reasonable for the quality of work. We were so pleased we had him do the carriage house after he finished the main house. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Tom Hale

Totally happy with the cost and work performed by Schmidt Painting. Work was completed in a timely manner with no interruption to my daily schedule. Replaced over thirty pieces of rotten trim with Azek, power washed, stained and painted entire exterior of house. Thumbs up to the Schmidt Painting crew.

Schmidt painting did an all around excellent job painting the exterior of our home. The proprietor spent two hours going over the house in great detail before giving us an estimate, thus ensuring that there would not be any surprises. To further put us at ease he offered to assume any excess costs once the job started. The crew was very attentive to all details..removing downspouts and gutters, painting carefully around all the windows and decks, taking care not to damage our plants etc. They were very flexible on start dates which helped our schedule.They were timely, polite and respectful of our property. Upon finishing the job they spent a number of hours cleaning up so it looked great. The bill at the end was exactly what had been agreed to. I plan to use them again for our interior painting work.
