Schmidt Painting

Schmidt Painting did an excellent kid. However I do have one complaint. He did not do the heating units! When I mentioned this to him, he stated they were not in the contract. So remember when you deal with him get everything written down.

It was great. Scheduling was easy. I liked how quick, thorough and our room looked beautiful afterward. The price and quality were great.

They did a terrific job; I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Schmidt came to the house at the appointed time, looked at the house and listened to our requests. The next day he submitted his proposal going into great detail explaining what would be done. For pricing he offered two choices, a flat rate, and an hourly rate not to exceed the flat rate as a maximum. We chose the latter, and the final bill came in significantly below the quoted maximum. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and the quality of the workmanship. They came when they said they would, finished the job by the time promised and, when we returned to see what they have done, we were completely amazed by the superb quality of their work. I would unconditionally recommend Schmidt Painting to anyone who appreciates quality painting at a reasonable cost.

They were a pleasure to work with and helpful. The workers came prepared and covered everything and were very neat. We were more than satisfied. All of the painters worked quietly and replaced our large mirror and picture when they were finished .Sara and Derrick answered our questions easily and had a good knowledge of color and how certain hues would look on the walls. We would highly recommend this company.

Work and employees were excellent, would highly recommend this company for any painting needs, will use this company in the future and would tell friends and family about the great service.

Derrick was great to work with. He is very responsive and explained things very thoroughly. He was also very flexible about the job and made several return trips to make sure it was done right and on time. High quality work done at a good price. Great job!

Schmidt painters are incredible! They scraped, sanded and painted house trim...AND replaced old wood....did an awesome job!!!! so glad I found them on here! I have told friends about their work, AND their work ethic, too,,,,it's hard to find people that REALLY want to work and SHOW UP, AND take pride in their work...these guys did! You would be crazy NOT to call them for painting!

They showed up on time and did the work as requested.

It went very well except that they lose the keys.

Derrick and his crew did an amazing job painting almost the entire interior of my house. They work quickly, cleaned up afterwards very well, and did an outstanding paint job (walls, ceilings, trim) to a large cape house. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

The owner and 2 painters arrived on time and asked me what exactly needed to be done. He explained the job to his workers, made sure they understood, then said he was leaving. I told him that I had other rooms that needed work and requested an estimate. He said he would look at them when he returned. Painters did a very nice job, but once they were done with the room they had nothing to do. They eventually went out to the van to wait for their boss. After a while one of them knocked on my door and handed me his cell phone. The owner of the company was on the other end. He asked me if I was satisfied with the job and if there were any problems, I said it looked good, gave the phone back to the worker, and they left.The owner never came to check the work or to give an estimate for the other rooms.

Great job. Started when promised and finished on time. Very professional in all aspects of the job

When I started to paint the ceiling of my kitchen as part of a kitchen renovation project the paint that was on the ceiling started to peel badly as I applied new paint. I removed as much paint as I could, but some areas just would not yield. I called Derrick who I had worked with in 2013 on an exterior painting project. He was able to show up on very short notice with 2 of his guys and they got started right away. With their tools they were able to remove the remaining paint, prep, patch, prime and paint the ceiling. Initially they all worked inside and then one gent went outside to do the two kitchen windows. The result was great. The ceiling looks very nice and we are very happy with the results. I certainly would call Derrick for any of my future painting needs.

They were personable, willing to please, anxious to please and good with the follow-up. They were really pretty good even if there were couple of issues, they would come and resolve them.Ii would recommend them to someone else certainly.

The final product of the work that Schmidt Painting did for me was excellent. I have one issue that I have to call him about, and he'll come out here and fix it for me.

The job was completed very quickly and very neatly. I am impressed by this local company's attitude towards the quality of work provided and respect for the customers' needs. Derrick was super helpful with color choices. I had an initial pallet in mind and he worked from there to coordinate the entire home. I just loved the result... so pretty. |I will be hiring the team again for future projects.

It was ok. They were only here for 8 hours. There were two painters, one had more experience. They showed up early. They cleaned up when they left.

They were able to schedule fairly quickly, they showed up on time and did an excellent job. We met with the owner and added some additional work which he accommodated by adding an extra painter to finish all in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone. We are going to schedule exterior painting in the spring.

Professional, courteous and prompt service. Did an excellent job. Clean up was done so well that we did not know they were even there - something that after 40 years of home ownership I have never experienced. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went very well. They did a couple of rooms and ceilings inside our home, and we were very pleased with their work. It turned out great.

The job site was immaculate after they left and all furniture was put back in place. Highly recommend!
