Description of Work: Representative came out to the house and did a very thorough evaluation of our air conditioning needs. He was professional, friendly and courteous. The only problem is that the estimate took too long. By the time we received it (approximately 4 weeks after the visit), we had already chosen another company whose estimate had arrived a week after their visit. This was in the height of the heat and humidity of our Cape Cod summer, so we chose the fastest company. It is too bad, because Robie's estimate was $2K less.
