Description of Work: He came over to give me an estimate.When I didn't hear after weeks,I called.He said he had lost my number and that he would have to come over again since it had been so long.He didn't show up .Tried once more,he blew me off again.My neighbor who used him,and lives right next door,was surprised as well and apologized to me. Very unreliable.
