+ -1 moreWent fine. Obviously a high level professional doing exceptional quality work . Need to follow up on timing as with any contractor. Principal, John Hutchins is is an honest, communicative friendly professional.
Description of Work: Extensive project to move large garage doors to opposite side of garage. Complete construction of a garden shed started by the homeowner, other misc. work

+ -1 moreThe paint and carpentry crew were the Brown Bros out of Fall River, MA. They were awesome. Pointed out areas on our home that weren't originally done correctly when we had construction done. We had a door replaced a few years back and the clapboard abutting the door were never properly sealed. This crew was meticulous with their work, painting and construction were great. I have lots of gardens around the house and they were very careful not to damage anything. Very happy we had additional repairs done. House looks awesome
Description of Work: The provider, Kian, gave us an estimate assessing the age of our home and noted areas that needed repair prior to the exterior paint job. It was made clear that we didn't need to but we really shouldn't leave the problems and cover with paint. Would be best to do repairs and keep home solid for years to come. Didn't feel pressured to do additional work . Once work began a problem area arose which we were aware of from the start. We chose to go with recommendations and have additional work done. Everything was done as per the contract. Paint was given at cost to provider which was great, you didn't feel you were getting taken by the supply list.
