L & M GLASS CORP

I don't know where to start. everything went beyond expectations. I explained my needs to Patty, the office person and after listening to me, she decided it would be easier for me to speak to Vivi, who turned out to be the owner. He listened and came out to my car to see what I needed done and the next thing I know he is repairing the mirror and cutting a piece of glass I already had for the nightstand top. He then took measurements for the 3 wrought iron stackable tables ,starts to write up the order ticket and instead, puts the ticket aside , looks in his glass supply and starts cutting the pieces of glass for the 3 little tables . Not an easy task as the tables frames were not square. I know this is not the norm, but he cut 5 pieces of glass for me while I waited! They have my business for life. I can't believe they do not have more ratings. I guess glass replacement isn't something people think about to review. Living on Cape Cod it was great not having to drive into Hyannis during the summer a second time to pick up the glass . By the way, I had gone to another glass company closer to home and had not heard back from them for just an estimate of the 3 small tables. Glad I didn't. When I got home there was a message on the machine telling me the cost would be 3 times what I paid L&M and that did not include the extra cuts for the mirror and 4th table top. Finally, I enjoyed the employees, very pleasant.
