Description of Work: i purchased a little cottage--a quick fix I thought. It should have been a tear down. I did not know this at the time. I hired Josh and he rebuilt my cottage roof, walls, ceilings,windows, doors, kitchen, floors, bathroom, insulation, stairs, plaster. He was amazingly insightful and has tremendous vision. He will also help you attain your vision--even if you aren't quite sure what it is. His workmanship is first class, he is very punctual, I can't say enough about his crew--they are the best. They always clean up. His prices are reasonable. I would hire him again in a minute. The only hold up on my project was the Building Inspector--out of everyone's control. I could not be happier with the finished project and the attention to detail that Josh and his crew provided. I have referred him to others and they have been as happy as I am. He is truly a first rate contractor.

+ 1 moreIt was great. He was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and cleaned up the worksite well. He finished ontime. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: He put in windows, a new room, raised the ceilling, and a new roof.
