+ 1 moreAt the start it was great. He told us when he would be working and did what he said. after about 8 weeks he was 90% done. Then we added some extra work . Things got a bit slower but we were not in a hurry. He worked it out to minimize the extra cost. I am going to have him do some additional work this summer.
Description of Work: He demolished the kitchen roof and added a new roof with greater pitch and 2 dormers, demolished and installed a modern kitchen, built a 1 car garage, repaired a deck. added a roof over a 12 x 36 deck, installed wood flooring. sheet rocked the kitchen area, all new electrical boxes and fixtures and painted all the interior walls and trim.
