We have been using Cape Cod Computer Help for all of our IT needs for several years. They are always responsive and a real pleasure to work with. They always take the time to fully understand what we need and provide a cost effective, quality solution to whatever problem we encounter. In the most recent job, they expanded both our hard wired network and Wi-Fi to seven new offices adjoining our main location in less than a day.
Description of Work: We recently expanded our office space significantly. Cape Cod Computer Help did a survey of networking requirements, testing existing cabling, installing cable run from main building, installing and configuring Wi-Fi Booster. Inclusive of network switch,mounting bracket, dual band Wi-Fi booster and power supply.

Chris had helped us network our computers in the past after internet outages, and we were so impressed with his professional demeanor, competence, and suggestions for the future that as soon as we had our transition from DSL to cable internet scheduled, we called him to inquire if he was available that day as well to handle the internal network settings. When a conflict arose for surgery on his end, he came a few business days prior to our scheduled switch and set up each computer in advance. He also typed up a sheet explaining what he did so the cable tech would have the IP addresses and networking details handy. The day of the big internet switch, Chris called to see how things were going, and reassured us that the cable tech could call him at any point to verify the necessary information. Once the cables were all connected, there was not any blip in service. We were able to tend to customers, look up books, and run sales without any interruption. All of our computers were able to communicate with both the internet AND with each other. Chris had prepared things so well, and had the foresight to anticipate potential problems, that the transition was seamless. The cable tech told us "Wow. You have a GREAT computer tech! I have never seen it prepared so well." Our only regret is that we didn't find Chris sooner! He has been an enormous help and we recommend him without reservation to anyone needing computer help.

Chris did a great job. He is always helpful, returns call almost immediately and is always there to help. He follows up on his work and is quick to return to help if I have any questions or something isn't quite right.
