They came out and gave me an estimate. They came and finished the job fast.! My new wooden fence that surrounds my yard looks great! I would hire them again.

Our whole project was handled very professional from start to finish. Hugo from Cape Cod Services arrived on time for our initial consultation. He assessed the job (reshingling a side of our home) and gave us options and a clear-cut overview of what to expect with this project. The crew arrived promptly, worked hard and cleaned up when the job was finished. We are very happy with the fine work from Cape Cod Services.

Going into this we knew that the roof would be challenging - Hugo and team were great through the process keeping us updated on issues and adjustments that needed to be done. It is easy when there are no unforeseen issues - the real test is how do you deal with those when they occur and this team did a great job in communicating and getting the job done. The work and follow-up have been great - definitely recommend this team

The pros arrived on time They completed the project in a timely manner. They did use different wood for clapboard than the other wood in place which had some ridges in it. They applied the Sheetrock but I guess I thought that it included putting on the prep so I could paint it. Not having a written list of what was going to be done was my fault. For future this would be a recommendation for the pros to give clients as they don’t do a site visit first

He and his crew replaced decking and rails from the deck. That was done satisfactory. Then they built stairs from it. The stairs were not done correctly and as he promised . They are not stable. Many things are not completed properly. He agreed to come back and fix the problems. He never came back to correct and restore his work. Their carpentry skills do not meet the criteria of good professional standards.

Staff arrived timely. They were courteous and professional. They provided a solid days work with no delays. They cleaned up the worksite after the job was completed and provided a job well done. We plan to hire them again in the near future.

Cape Cod Services responded quickly, viewed the job in person and provided a written estimate. They did the work late on a Saturday afternoon - as soon as the parts were available.

Hugo and Julio were on time and worked hard to get the job done in one day. My wife and I will definitely hire them for future work. They were courteous and respectful and their pricing was very fair.
