Description of Work: I HAD A COMPLICATED ISSUE WITH SHEDDING WATER OFF OF A MINIMALLY PITCHED ROOF ON A NEW HOME. MY NOW FORMER GUTTER COMPANY HAD LITTLE OR NO SOLUTION SO I RELUCTANTLY STARTED TO SESRCH THE INTERNET FOR LOCAL COMPANIES THAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO HELP. AS LUCK OR FATE WOULD HAVE IT, I UNCOVERED DAVE FRANKLIN FORM CC GUTTERS. I SENT HIM SOME PICTURES TO HELP ILLUSTRATE MY SITUATION AND NEW INSTANTLY THAT THIS GUY WAS A PROBLEM SOLVER. ANYWAY, DAVE CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND CAME UP WITH A PLAN TO ADDRESS MY PROBLEM. I WAS INTRIGUE BY HIS APPROACH, BUT NEEDED TO GET A SIGN OFF FROM MY GROUP SO I ASKED FOR A DRAWING TO SHARE. DAVE DID ONE (OR MANY) BETTER BY INSTALLING 2 CUSTOM SCUPPERS AND A 28' SECTION OF GUTTER AS A MOCK UP FOR MY GROUP WITH NO COMMITMENT FROM MY COMPANY TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE MOCK UP AND ASK CC GUTTER TO DO THE JOB. DAVE AND HIS TEAM WENT TO WORK RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE THIS DIFFICULT TASK WITH IN A FEW DAYS WHILE IGNORING SOME PRETTY SIGNIFICANT WEATHER. I COULD'NT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULT. CC GUTTER PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP IS UNMATCHED. IN ADDITION TO TIMELINESS OF BEATING MY DEADLINE, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT DAVE BROUGHT TO THE AGREEMENT WAS HIS ABILITY TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS AND ADDRESS THEM AS REQUESTED. CAPE COD GUTTERS HIT THIS ONE OUT OF THE PARK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT HESITATION FOR ANY GUTTER WORK THAT YOU MAY NEED. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THAT YOU WILL NEVER REGRET CALLING THEM.

+ -1 moreAs usual, Dave was great. Price was right and the quality of his services if fantastic. I researched Leaf Relief and found it to be the only gutter guard worth investing in. Thank God, no more cleaning gutters on the dormers!!!! I have dealt with the insulation hacks and this guy is 10 times better than them in all respects. Dave is the Man!!!!!

+ -1 moreWhen I saw the result the following week the extensions had not been installed. I called and left a message and a couple of hours later Dave called me to say that he had been to the house and had installed the extensions.
Description of Work: They installed a new gutter and downspout extensions on the front of my house. I was not there at the time, but saw the finished product a week later and was pleased with what I saw.

They identified and diagnosed issues have had with our gutters since they were originally installed and in understandable language explained why the issue existed and what they intended to do resolve it. And they did it! These installers know what they are talking about and the builder and subs on our extensive remodel 16 years ago - gutters were not originally positioned to catch the draining and original flashing flashing was either not used or useless! Highly recommend Cape Cod Gutters - they know the business!

+ -1 moreI got their name from Angie's List. They were the best. An appointment was made. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. I cannot speak enough about how great they were. They spent all the time needed to explain everything to me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing gutter work. (They also do other kinds of work and believe me, I will call them for that too!
Description of Work: The provider installed new gutters around our home. They also repaired areas that needed work. They were on time and extremely professional as well as fun to have around! I learned so much from them. They did not try to "sell" anything. I knew what I wanted and they did it. They also refused to do anything that would cost me more and was unnecessary.

+ -1 moreThis is a father-son business. The father came out and I went over what I wanted in detail then he gave me an estimate. The son is the installer. He came on time and proceeded to do what he wanted not what we had talked about. The son explained to me that what was quoted was not possible. That should have been explained to me from the beginning. They also replaced the gutters at my house, which look great. They were not meticulous in the clean up. They left several nails in the yard.

+ -1 moreEstimator came out when he said he would and provided options (colors, size, flashing under drip edge into the gutter, returns or no returns). He gave me a price and followed up with a written estimate. I was told it might be a month given the weather and it was. Their price was good. The installers were polite and professional. They knew what was to be done. No problems and no mess. Gone in two hours. I dropped by their office and paid the bill a couple of weeks later. Everything seems fine so far this winter. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I had about 36 ft. of seamless gutter installed with two downspouts and and one return on the second floor of my home. The job was estimated at a price I thought was reasonable and sketched up correctly so I knew we were on the same page. I was only a small job so I expected that the company would "fit it in" when they had time. They thought it might be a month before they installed and it was.
