What a mess. Black debris and broken glass all over the interior front. Broken glass inside of engine. Debris filth collected in spaces of my center console. Leather seats and console were scratched by broken glass shards/dust. Loud Wind noises now while highway driving. Scary looking tech with an attitude. Claimed too many jobs were scheduled so he could not clean up his mess in my car. No follow up by manager Mark. Very sorry I used Cape & Islands of Falmouth.

We had just closed on a house purchased "as-is". Several of the windows needed repair of operators and a skylight needed to be replaced. Augie was at the site on the day of closing to assess and evaluate the projects. Cape & Island Glass will provide window glass replacement at a cost substantially less than full window replacement. He provided an estimate of about 600 to replace the 4 ft by 4 ft skylight glass that had completely frosted, but indicated that they only provide the glass and I need a contractor to go on the roof to do the replacement. They also do not do the repair work on window registers, so no quote was provided. After closer inspection, the skylight wood frame is likely to be a bit worn, so we decided not to go this route, but to replace the full skylight with a new one. If we ever need window glass replacement, I will go back to use Cape and Island Glass as they are prompt, professional, fairly priced, and came highly recommended by several folks. However, for this initial estimate, we did not use their services.

It was easy to see water coming out onto the bathroom floor immediately after the installer. He was told but did not fix it. I was in touch with his manager and he was sent back two weeks later. The problem persists to this day. I definitely would not use this company again.

When I called for a windshield repair, the person who took my info was quite rude, told me someone else would have to call me back to set up the appointment. Two days later someone call backed. By that time I had already made an appointment, incredibly quickly with another glass company, which gave me fantastic service. Cape and Islands Glass DID NOT do my windshield repair. I will never call them again.

A service person came to the house and took detailed measurements of the window. The window was ordered and replaced within 3 weeks. Professional service. Reasonable price. Excellent work.

They seemed to be good and professional. They were punctual and did a good job. The quality of their work was good. They are quality glass providers. It was not easy because it was a double pane glass window which they replaced. Their price was good and competitive.

Great service. Came out immediately to measure and got back to me that afternoon with a quote, which was almost $100 less than the other quote I had received. Had my glass tops within the week, delivered and installed. Very pleased.

Repairman was a couple of hours late but completed the repair in a timely and professional manner. Very satisfied with the results

These people are very competent from the start. They presented us with a comprehensive range of options and were very good on price. Installation was first rate. We had used them in 2008 for another bathroom also with very satisfactory results.

The most recent experience was good. It was an insurance claim. Generally my experience with them is good and positive. They are responsive and their service technicians are capable. In this instance they did a really good job. They were thorough and there were no problems with the windshield after the installation. They are very good about fixing things afterwards if there is a problem. I had a couple of instances where a different technician didn't do such a great job and they did follow up; they are good about that.

As I previously stated, the initial phone call to this glass company seemed to be bothersome. After the price was quoted when asked about the timeframe they were very evasive as well as clearly stating how busy they were. Frankly having been in customer relations/sales myself in excess of 30 years, quite frankly had they quoted me a competitive price in the first place, which they were $20.00 higher than the quotes I had been obtaining, I still would not have furnished them my business. Was not receptive to my request, a simple beveled cut piece of glass for a coffee table. In my opinion the job was not profitable to be of any interest. I did end up using an alternative local glass company, "Sandwich Glass" for substantially less money. They had the glass cut and it was on my coffee table within 4 hours of my initial call to them. Simply the "facts"

Very cordial on the phone when my husband first called to order the top. The day of the delivery I had an accident and was on the way to the hospital (my husband following behind) when they called to tell him the window of delivery. He explained what was happening; she said how sorry she was and would call back another day. When she did the first thing she did was to ask how I was...SO very nice!! Top was delivered by two very nice young men. One of them actually praised my husband for taking a perfect measurement!

It was fine; it was a simple and reasonable transaction. The people were fine.

The quote was high and they needed 4 weeks to make a piece of glass, so I didn't use them. They quoted $170 for two pieces of glass for small table tops. The delivery time was very long, and it was much longer than I thought it should be. Their reputation is good for work and it was not a lack of quality. They responded immediately and quoted it immediately. They gave the quote over the phone. The lady there was very good. If I would call them in the future, then I would also call others to check for the price.

They showed up on time and were meticulous about their job and very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had them replace all the vinyl windows in my house. Great price and quality product. I am saving a lot of money on my heating bill in the winter. Also, less drafty when you sit next to the window. Previously over the years I have used them for auto glass, and also a shower door. Always treated me well.
