+ -1 moreWe are having tile installed in a small bathroom. I telephoned John Robert/Ace Hardwood Floors on 3-9-14 at approximately 12:00 noon to request that he prepare an estimate to perform the work. He did not answer, and therefore I left a message on his voicemail. My message to him referenced the nature of the work to be performed. I also indicated in my message that although this was not a large job, I would appreciate hearing from him, one way or the other, as to whether he would be interested in visiting our home to do an estimate. More than a week and a half has passed, and he has never bothered to call. I do not know whether his work is good or bad, but I do know that he has displayed a complete lack of professional courtesy, and has wasted our time.

+ -1 moreHe pays a lot of attention to detail. He also put in a lot of long hours to make sure that we're happy with everything. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He did several little extra things, without additional cost. Some things we asked for, others he suggested.
Description of Work: This provider removed some old hardwood flooring, and installed new. He stained and refinished the flooring as well.
