Most of the work was done at an acceptable level, but there was lack of supervision for newly licensed plumbers which resulted in errors such as hot water coming from toilet and hot and cold water faucets being reversed.

Initially, Paul's company performed according to our contract, although he used young, inexperienced and likely unlicensed employees. They took an inordinate amount of time to complete the work and Paul never bothered to inspect their work. Finally after more than six months of waiting for them to finish, I complained to Paul and asked that he come out and finish what they had originally contracted to do. He became furious with me that I should bother him during a family emergency lasting many weeks. I indicated that he was obligated to finish his work. He became outraged and refused to have anything more to do with this job. I was left with an incomplete plumbing job that I had to have finishhed at considerable expense by others. His business is very unprofessional and slipshod. Do not use him or you will be sorry.
