I signed up online .i wanted a 30 yard dumpster delivered at a private home on Friday 6/19/15 though 6/29/15.Waste management called me after noon on 6/19/15 to tell me there was no way they could make it to the house .they put off my delivery till Monday 6/22/15 ,at this time they asked me when was the earliest they could drop in off.i answered 10:00 am would fine .After work I checked my bank account and waste management had already taken the funds for the full ten day rental . After a wasted weekend waiting for the dumpster to arrive so I could start the project,waste management showed up 6/22/15 at 8 am.not the 10 am that was agreed upon .i was not there for the delivery.the home owner was the only one there to accept the dumpster.The driver tried to put the dumpster where I told the homeowner would be a good spot.after having to be told he could not use the neighbor's yard to drive on he told the home owner the wires were to low, the truck to big and the ground to soft to deliver,the homeowner suggested that he back down the street ,and was dismissed with no it won't work , and a promise to call the shop to have a smaller truck come out that could make the delivery At no point did anyone from waste management call me to inform me of yet another setback . Upon arriving a the project site and finding no dumpster I had to call waste management only to find out the the driver had not asked for "a smaller truck that could deliver " But told his manager that the site was undeliverable because of swampy ground. i was forced to go shopping for a new dumpster company any found a family owned place out of Lowell MA (Kazanjian's) Good ppl good place no problems with them I did get a full refund after about a week or so, I WILL NEVER USE WASTE MANAGEMENT AGAIN

Typically fine, but there have been several missed pickups since Fall 2013

For the second time in two months, they failed to pick up our trash at all. Our trash is supposed to be picked up Friday. If they tell you that your pickup day is Friday, run -- do not walk -- to another company. More times than not this year, they picked up our trash on Saturday instead. Twice now in two months they have not picked up at all, and there are another four houses on our street in the same boat. You cannot contact them except during banker's ... I mean, business hours. If your trash pickup is on Friday and you come home to find that it was not picked up, there is no one you can call until Monday, at which point it is too late to do anything. The only way that communicate -- if at all -- is by robocall, and they will not call cell phones, which is all we have. I have left them my cell number to be notified via text message, but despite all the trouble and bad weather this year, I have not gotten a peep. They appear to have no spare capacity at all. If a driver has trouble with his truck, gets sick, or if it snows you are out of luck.

I just fired them . They have screwed up my pick up since Christmas they lack following through with what they say they will do. When you call the center they tell you how sorry they are and promise to come pick up the trash and dont. I have been dealing with them for 5 weeks now and every rep. tells me a differant story. I am done with this kind of treatment, I have never been late on a payment .

They come every week most weeks but you will have issues, especially if your pick-up is on Friday. You are then last in line and you will be skipped for the week if there is any problem. This happens one or twice a year without fail. If they do not get your trash by Saturday, you are out of luck. The have even refused to credit my account for missed pickups and just say that you can put out extra trash next week. The worst thing is that they will LIE TO YOU. If they tell you on Monday that they will pick up the trash you left out since Friday, don't believe them. The only really good thing about them is that they do single-stream recycling so that no tedious and space consuming sorting is needed. Using what? The mini-dumpster and recycling bins were already full. You cannot leave bags out because the the dogs will rip them apart. Our local server is in Londonderry NH. Other WM sites have info about the pickup schedule and other things on the web -- for Londonderry NH, all you get is and quot;call customer service.and quot; Unfortunately, customer service works only from 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays. If you want to know whether to put the trash out at 6 AM before you go to work, you are out of luck. If you want to know on Friday night or Saturday why they didn't pick up your trash, you are out of luck. If you want to call customer service at all, you are probably out of luck as you will be put on hold for a long time —unless you want to buy a bagster or get new service, in which case you will get through immediately. Your schedule will not just be impacted by holidays and weather, Their trucks are old and break down and there is apparently no spare capacity You apparently also need a land line if you ever want to get service updates, and those only come as robo-calls which take about thirty seconds to get to the point (and quot;We at waste management understand how hectic and confusing holidays can be ...and quot;). They will not call a cell phone for some strange reason, which is all we have nowadays. They won't use email either except for billing and spam (to try to sell you a bagster).. The problem is, there is not much competition in this neck of the woods, but after 15 years with WM, I am looking for a change.

We got a year's service last year. It is still going on and we are on the whole satisfied. They have been punctual except for a snowy day. They did not give any notice for the delay, though. I had to call them to know. Apart from that, I will probably use it again for the next year.

Pick up every week. They gave me two large containers, one for trash, the other for recycling. Don't have to separate recycling which is nice. Price matched a local trash company.

They come every week. The experience was okay. I have no complaints against them. I think their price is a little bit more than some other people I've seen but there are differences in how much stuff they take. They empty the barrels and take it off. There is no set time for them to come. The trash will be out first thing in the morning. Sometimes they come in early or it will be in the afternoon and over the year it changes. They don't promise any particular time.

They're fine. They have a really good online service where you can sign up and tell them what you need. They have an automatic billing system so it just happens.

We called for a dumpster and they delivered one the next day. They were very competitive in pricing and have given us very good service. After we filled the first dumpster we called them in the morning and they responded the same day with a new dumpster and took the full one away.
