Description of Work: We had leaking doors from our house out to the deck. The water from the leak caused the floor and the joists below to rot out. Also the door frame was rotted. The joists and the door frame were replaced and the sub floor was replaced. We also had two window frames and a window sill replaced. In all the time that has gone by since we had the work done not one drop of water has come in and the floor has remained stable.

Description of Work: Sherman Whipple has helped us restore a house in Hull back to sale-able condition. We have been working with him for about 9 months. He helped us get organized around what needed to be done, he was able to use his contacts to find sub-conracters for things he could not do (electrical, plumbing and welding) and then did all the other work himself - odd jobs and carpentry. He has been very easy to work with, puncutal, clear, professional, and offers all at a good price. He will not steer your wrong.

+ 4 moreSherman is a craftsman. Each time he's done a job for us, he's done only the best work. He does things in a timely manner at a more than fair price. We could always trust his judgment on the best way to approach a particular situation.
Description of Work: Sherman and his associates, at a number of different times, have performed a large number of different tasks on our home. A partial list includes: completely redoing walls and ceiling of 2 rooms, repainting and reroofing our garage, repairing staircases, installing replacement windows and much more.
