Due to a house addition, a large section of irrigation system had to be redesigned and installed. Very happy with the results, and we have had them do routine service on the system since. They are professional and responsive.

Just finished inside renovation and this is my second phase of the project outside of home - garden. First, requested 3 companies for estimates. Trinity's was the best of all for speedy, detail itemized list and thorough explanation of each step along the way. They educated me what involves in each project while responded to my frequent requests for change during planning process with ease of mind (prior to starting the project). I am very satisfied with the well-functioning sprinkler and lawn renovation, which is more than I can envision with my limited knowledge of options. Furthermore, they came to check my garden periodically for follow up and they have even cleaned my backyard for free. I highly recommend them to those with high standard ;)

I have been a customer of this company for over ten years. They installed my irrigation system and have maintained it through the years. This season, when I called to set up my annual Spring system opening, I was given an appointment a couple of weeks out. A couple of days before the appointment, they called and said they needed to change the appointment to three days later and that they would call the day before to give a and quot;windowand quot; of time for when they would be coming- their standard procedure. We didn't receive a call with that information the day before, so we called them. At which point we were told they werent EVER coming because they no longer serviced the area where I lived?????????????? Really? I live in West Roxbury on the Newton/Brookline line and they confirmed they serviced those areas. That being said, if their business model no longer can sustain servicing a long-standing customer, why wasn't I told that when I initially called? That way, I could have put my energies into hiring another company. Also, these people are such inconsiderate jerks that they couldn't even be bothered to give me the courtesy of communicating the fact that they weren't coming-- they just intended not to call and not to show up. The owner's name is Kim. Her assistant told me she was the one who made the decision not to honor the appointment I had made. I promised her assistant that I would make sure I memorialized my experience on the internet. I guess it's not a surprise that they no longer have sufficient customers in this area to justify continuing doing business here. With the disreputable business ethics of the current ownership, I suspect it will be an irrevocable trend....

I contacted Ed at Trinity Irrigation in order to dig a few deep ditches to move the water from the drain pipes away from (2) corners of my house. Ed arrived on time to review the job and returned the quote in short order. On the day the work was scheduled to be performed it was pouring outside and I received a call from Ed in order to reschedule since the didn't want his equipment ruining my lawn. The next day Ed arrived with his crew and equipment (sod cutter, trencher, all the materials) to complete the job in a half day. When Ed and his team left the yard/grass looked exactly the same as when they arrived so couldn't be happier with how the job turned out and my experience with Ed and Trinity Irrigation.

They might be a sub-division of Trinity Landscape, but I am not sure. They were much more expensive than I expected. They winterized the system, but some heads of the sprinkler systems were left up. We went around and pushed them down afterwards. They were punctual. The job was done fine, but I had to go back and push the sprinkler heads back down so they wouldn't get broken off by the mowers. I am going to look for somebody else in the future.

They are a great company. They are accommodating in terms of scheduling (and they work weekends), are on time, and complete the service in a friendly way.
