We have used Stow Drywall many times over the years to do various sized jobs on rental properties as well as our own home. They are professional and do meticulous work. Cleaned up afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job. The prior blue board installation, which was done by another contractor, was horrible. Tom came in and corrected their mistakes and skim coated the walls and ceiling. The walls are very smooth and the painter who came in after thought they did a nice job. He isolated the area and cleaned up after himself. He showed up when he said he would. I would hire him again and probably will for another project.

Put in addition on our SOS building and he did all the drywall and plastering for the area which included five rooms and a hallway

Tom repaired a large portion of my ceiling and wall after a pipe burst in my house. Tom was able to match the texture on the ceiling perfectly. He was there when he said he would be and kept a clean work area protecting all my furniture. Highly recommend!

This is my 3rd time using Stow Drywall. Tom is my first and only call I make when I need drywall done. One phone call is met by a quick response. I didn't even see Tom for this job. I'm at a point where i can just leave the front door unlocked and head to work. Tom came in and got the job done in 2 days. . I put floor covering down over my hardwoods but he still took the time to put his own covering down over mine. Updates were given multiple times throughout the job without having to ask. His prices are always fair. Especially for the quality of work you get. If you are looking for a true professional that you can trust to get the job done he is your guy. No mess, no BS. His work speaks for itself. It is top notch.

Tom did an excellent job. He responded to us quickly, was readily available to come look at our work and provided a price within 24 hours. He was flexible when we had to reschedule our dates, showed up on time, and finished his impeccable job in less time than anticipated. He even installed our insulation for us, only asking that we purchase it in advance. His quality of work was awesome. He matched the ceiling pattern to a T, you would never know that something was repaired or patched! I would highly recommend using Stow Drywall if you need this type of work performed. I am also so glad to have him as a contact should we need this type of work ourselves again in the future - he will be the one we call on.

Tom was great. He was on time, friendly, and professional - but most important he did exactly what he said he was going to do. The work was done quickly and looked fantastic. Excellent. They are responsive and worked around my schedule. Quality work was done on schedule and everything from staging to cleanup was done with professionalism. Tom was kind enough to answer all my questions and offer recommendations where needed. Terrific crew, definitely would hire again.

It went very well. Tom was very easy to work with, showed up on time and completed the job in a reasonable time. He is the type of contractor that you want to work with.

Our experience with Stow Drywall was great and we will definitely use them again for any plastering/drywall projects. We contacted Tom for an estimate and he was prompt and professional. He clearly explained everything, asked good questions to figure out what we needed and what our biggest concerns would be, and helped to plan out how we could coordinate the project (since our entire house was being done we needed to move a lot of things around and prep, etc.). Tom was available to do the work pretty quickly, but he was flexible when we asked to break the work up into two chunks with a weekend in between. On work days, they always showed up on time and the whole project only took a few days. One of our bigger concerns was the mess and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. He made a special point to protect the walls in rooms that we are not planning to paint again. There are some areas that need minor touch-up (which we were prepared for and ok with ahead of time) but that's it. And the final result is fantastic. Totally smooth ceilings that look like they are brand new! We would definitely recommend Tom and Stow Drywall.

Tom did an excellent job matching the texture of the existing plaster with the patch job. We will need to repaint to match the color, but other than that we had a very positive experience.

Tom from Stow Drywall is just the best! I was in a super rush to get the ceiling plastered after i ended up going over my original move in date for my house by a week. I initially wasn't going to get the ceiling plastered but after some disappointing work by a flooring company i was going to have to have my painter come back for touch ups so decided at the last minute to do the plastering. I let Tom know I was under a very tight timeline to get the work done and he met me the same day to provide an estimate. First, let me just say that Tom was such a pleasure to work with. He was super thorough in his explanation and incredibly nice and humored the super excited chatty cathy home owner in me and let me ramble before giving me an estimate and detailing the work that needed to be completed. I was happy with the price and agreed on using Stow for the work. In terms of the work Tom did a great job and left the house kitchen cleaner than when he started. The other thing that was really impressive was that normally you'd do this kind of work before having your house repainted, new floors put in and refinished so I was a little worried that I'd have even more touch up work to do on top of what the wood flooring guys screwed up but Tom did an incredible job! Not a single teensy flaw in any of the paint, no spilled plaster, etc. In fact my painter even commented when he came back to do the touch up work and paint the ceiling that Tom had done an incredible job. So thorough, reasonably priced, beautiful work, clean, etc...all the stuff we care about with the added bonus of doing business with a really nice guy. I would whole heartedly recommend Tom/Stow Drywall again and when it comes time to redo my bathrooms and upstairs I'm definitely calling tom again =)

The whole process went great. From the time I called to get an estimate to the time they cleaned up and left. They were prompt, professional, courteous and they did a terrific job. I called for the estimate on a Monday and the job was finished within 4 days. They worked around my schedule as well. They even showed up 15 minutes before when they promised! The room looks terrific now and I will happily recommend them to anyone and everyone! Good price, great job, pleasant experience. Can't get any better than that.

I was extremely happy with the work. Mr. Otenti returned my call promptly and arrived as scheduled to provide an estimate. He completed the work on time within the estimated expense. The repaired sections blend seamlessly into the existing ceiling and wall, so that you would never notice there had been any damage to begin with. The workers left my house spotlessly clean.

Due to a family member's health I have to put the project on hold for a little while but plan to contact them again. I did not get very far yet but all of my experience has been positive to date.

I contacted had several firms to get estimates to do this work. The folks at Stow responded promptly gave a clear estimate and explained the work needed in a clear and understandable manner. They were the most responsive, available and price competitive of the firms I spoke with. Once we were able to set up the appointment, they showed up on time, worked the full day and with the minimum of dust or distraction. They completed the job when promised and the work was done expertly. I am very pleased with their services and would happily have them back again.

I called Tom Otenti on 8/17/15 and left a message. He DID return my call and left me a voice mail the very next day which I appreciated. I called him back on 8/19 and again left a message but, never heard back. Perhaps it was just a matter of "phone tag" .

Tom was the only guy to actually come to our house to look at the project before sending a very reasonable estimate. And he came out within a week of my contacting him throughout Angie's List. After I accepted the estimate he was able to come out a week later to do the work, making sure through e-mails that I would be home. He was very responsive, prompt, and professional. Because of our unusual ceiling texture, which we wanted the repaired section to match, he researched how to do it, consulted with his supply store about the technique, and practiced his technique on a scrap of drywall for us to look at and approve before attempting it in the ceiling itself. He used a clever system to ensure that we would not end up with a lot of drywall dust on the furnishing. It turned out that the drop cloths we had put out as a precaution were unnecessary. He and his helper were courteous and industrious. I highly recommend Tom of Stow Drywall.

Tom is a seasoned professional in his trade. From quoting the work, being at the job at the time he said, laying out tarps and mats to catch all the debris, executing the work, and cleaning up mess afterwards was flawless. Tom is a very likable person and easy to talk with. He will answer any questions you have. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him for any future work I have.

Tom was extremely responsive. He quickly came out and give us an estimate and lots of great tips on how to repair her home. He followed up with us. Then he arrived on time for the appointment that we set. The plastering came out amazing. Several painters admired how smooth the plastering was done so that there were no seems at all. He did not leave any type of mess cleaned up everything and got all five rooms done in just one day.
