This was a garage door repair project. Rec'd message with ETA for tech (Josh) to arrive, along with his picture, and he arrived at the expected time. Josh listened to my comments on the issue, made his recommendation and gave an estimate. It was reasonable for the long term, but since I'm between jobs right now, I asked for what needed to be done now vs. what could be postponed. He updated his estimate without trying to upsell, and we agreed on the portion to be done now. He made the repair quickly and the door is functioning fine now. Josh left contact info with me so when I'm ready to make the more extensive repair, I can contact Precision again to get the postponed portion of the job done.

Stress free install and customer service. Easy to work with, the door opener operates exactly as intended. Very happy we worked with them.

Justin was excellent, he got here at 4, when the window began, and efficiently completed the job. I was very pleased and impressed.

It took quite some time to get here to fix my garage door, but to be fair no one else was able to get here. I felt that the repair was too expensive. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the gentleman they sent out.

Tech was great . Checked everything, fixed the key pad , answered my questions . Very nice, pleasant fellow.

Precision fit us in the next day and the technician , Justin, showed up earlier than expected after calling and asking for permission. Justin was professional and knowledgeable. We used another company for 15 years and never received this kind of service. The new opener was installed quickly and we were provided with a list of items that need replacement with a quote so we can budget. Everything was shown and explained to me. We will be Precision customers from now on. Thank you Precision!

Our technician, Mike Maghakian, was very professional and friendly. He explained our options to replace and repair our garage door. He recommended their rebuild package which included replacing all the pulleys, rollers, safety cables and springs. He completed the repair and update in a very quick time. Great job!

I would give Paul 10 stars if it was possible because of how he engaged with my garage door obsessed child. He answered numerous questions, and was kind and encouraging through the whole process. This was definitely the highlight of my child's year! With regard to the actual service, Paul was knowledgeable and prompt. He clearly laid out our options for repair or replacement with information about the warranties. He was friendly and cheerful, and did not try to push more services than we wanted. Very professional from start to finish. Door is 11 years old and had never been serviced, It had no problem but I felt I needed to have a check-up. Technician was more than prompt in arrival, explained exactly what he was going to do and why and instructed me in how to continue upkeep going forward. He also indicated what else might need attention in the future and what the approximate cost would be. I definitely would retain this company again

First time using Precision Overhead and wonâ t hesitate to have them back. They said they would be at my house between 12-2 and arrived right at noon. Ed figured out the problem quickly, made his repairs and all in all I thought their invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommend
