Mr. McNeil and his son came to the house, put down a few glue traps and said they removed a snake from the basement. Initially on the phone I was quoted a price of $ 250.00. They said they removed a snake from the basement and charged another $ 350.00. I never saw the snake. They said that they would follow up and come back as long as I saw evidence of pests. When I called them, they ignored my calls and I called a lot. I texted a lot; no response. A friend of mine called them and got them to text me back once. I have been reaching out to them since January of 2020 to no avail. They are scammers and have a terrible reputation for ripping people off. Look them up on line. There is an article in the Metrowest News about Patrick McNeil having to go to court because of his shady business ethics. He lies and takes your money, does not do the work he promised, and never returns your calls once he gets your money. This guy needs to be stopped. It is terrible what he continues to do to people. DO NOT CONTACT HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!! BEWARE, HE CHANGES THE NAME OF THE BUSINESS, BUT IT IS STILL PATRICK AND BRIAN MCNEIL, 13 TEMI ROAD, HUDSON, MA

SCAM ARTIST!! CONSUMERS BEWARE!! I paid Patrick McNeil $500 to remove carpenter bees and plug their nest holes, and mice for mice extermination. He was here all of 20 minutes and all he did was plug the nest holes with a typical bathroom caulk. Told me there be a one year warranty and Will not return my call or text. One of the many aliases He works under is "Hawks Wildlife".

I completely agree with the review above and this is exactly my experience as well. I hired him for rodent control. He put some mesh in the house and outside the house. He gave me an estimated amount of $200 and he said many things are not covered under this and ultimately charged me $400. On top of this upon completing the work my rodent issue started again and I have tried contacting him over and over again with NO RESPONSE. He was boating about how good he is in his guarantee for 1 year and how customers praise him. He had bad reviews on Thumbtack as well and they have removed him from Thumbtack now. DO NOT HIRE HIM AT ALL

He checked under my shed and informed me that there was nesting under my shed probably a family of gopher. He installed a wire panel on the side of the deck to prevent the gopher from relocating. He left traps at various locations in my yard and asked to be called if any animal was trapped. At the end of one week, nothing was caught and and at some point he came to retrieve his traps without notice. I've called several times for a refund or partial refund since he didn't actually get rid of the gofers. In fact, a gopher came back a few weeks after and located underneath the house stairs. I've called leaving messages informing him that I have the issue again and NO response. I'm so disappointed. He had come last year under Metrowest Wildlife and got rid of a woodpecker issue. He seemed like a good guy, but now I feel had. Think twice before hiring him, or Metrowest.
Description of Work: I hired Pat McNeil to get rid of a gopher attacking my garden. I had hired him last year under MetroWest Wildlife to deal with some woodpeckers.
