Description of Work: He did patching of formica tile at my church. Did a nice job saving us the cost of totally replacing all of our tile in the church's sanctuary area.

Description of Work: Although very personal, the owner made promises he never kept. I should have gotten everything in writing, but as I said, he is very personable. He was very unspecific about the finish work needed to make the job look great and when finished with the main body of the work he never came back to install the extras that were promised. High quality materials, installed by a sub-contractor, no follow up even though he was contacted several times.
