Terribly. He said he wanted to try an experimental method and if I didn't like it he would return at no additional cost and revert to the old method of resurfacing. I didn't like the result, it was pebbly and the color was off. I immediately phoned Don and he didn't take my call. I have placed at least 30 calls to him, sent him text and email messages, left voice mail messages and he has not responded.

He showed up at the exact time he said he would. You can't see the repairs, the tub looks like it was never damaged! I'm extremely happy with the work done.
