Tim arrived right on schedule to listen to our needs, then look around to gather the info and measurements needed. He followed up with me a couple of times via email for clarification and then shared a breakdown of the cost estimates for each part of the job. Really helpful! Country Glass also replaced the basement windows glass for significantly less than the quote received from a shop we called just down the street - a savings of at least $100 on those two windows. We were able to schedule the repair work fairly quickly and were happy that we were available when they called to squeeze us in on short notice. Mark spent a good amount of time on the 3 windows in need of repair and seemed as thoughtful and professional as Tim was during his visit. The quotes they shared for replacing multiple windows in our home seem reasonable and we're hoping to move forward on at least the first 3 as soon as we can. We look forward to doing business with Country Glass again. Everyone we encountered from the company was just terrific!

They were great about scheduling and working around a time I could do. Their pricing was VERY fair and their service just the best. They took their time, showed me what they did and redid anything I had questions about. I only wish I had more glass to replace as they were SUPER. I have used a lot of people off Angie's list and this company's reviews are really TRUE.

It was a pleasure to work with Tim and his associates. The work was done as planned and very professionally and it looks great. I'm very happy with the outcome. They are also very responsive after the installation in case there are any problems. We needed some re-alignment of the shower enclosure a few months later, as the house settled and they came over the same day that I called and fixed the issue. Overall, I'm very impressed with their service and quality of workmanship. I would hire them again and have also referred them to some friends.

Excellent experience to work with Tim and his crew. They are responsive and pleasure to work with. My drywall guys did not level the walls well for mirrors. Tim's crew worked with my GC to make sure the mirrors look nice inside the mirror frames. One mirror was chipped during the installation. They replaced a new one immediately without us saying anything-- which is SUPER after hunting down various contractors during our more-than-a-year renovation. We are having Tim come back to install another shower glass. We are sure he and his team will do a great job. Highly recommended.

I needed a door sidelight repaired, and searching through the various providers listed on Angie's List, Country Glass Co. Inc. caught my eye because of its personable description as well as the impressive reviews. When I first called the company, the representative's attention to detail, genuine interest in what needed to be done, and flexibility in arranging an appointment truly stood out. The company was able to accurately assess the needed repair without my having to be at home, and then on the day of repair, they promptly came at the arranged time. Tim was highly personable, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and clearly skillful as well as committed to his clients and the quality of the work. I was much more than satisfied by the efficiency with which the job was performed, the superb quality of workmanship, and the immaculate cleanup. Would highly recommend and definitely call them again!

The end result was excellent in appearance and functionality. No detectable leaks. CG used heavy duty brass hinges on the door. The shower door closes with authority and every feels very solid, no wobble in the shower glass. Excellent recommendations on door handle and metal framework as well as glass. CG was highly responsive and made several pre-installation trips to our location. They were able to correct some contractor errors and made sound recommendations about the best solution. They quickly responded to my inquiries. Everything they did was high quality. If there was an A+ rating available I would have given it to Country Glass.

I love Country Glass. Tim is the owner and he's an honest, knowledgeable guy who is not a pushy salesperson. When we renovated the house, he had great prices and my glass shower doors look like they belong on HGTV. No more ugly tension rods and shower curtains! He also made me a custom mirror for my master bath which is unbelievably gorgeous. Since the cabinet company didn't carry mirror frames in the wood to match the cabinetry, I got some trim boards and Tim fashioned a frame, complete with an angled side to fit into my very angled bathroom walls (this sounds cheesy but it actually looks great in person!). He made the frame and affixed the mirror and my bathroom just keeps getting fancier! I also had him install some glass shelves in each shower to hold shampoos etc.. rather than having to use those ugly shower caddies. They really opened up the space and were a great finishing touch to the shower area. I'm really glad he suggested them b/c otherwise I wouldn't have known they existed. I would not hesitate to recommend Country Glass and if I have any future mirror or glass needs I will definitely use them again. Office girls and installers are really nice and helpful also. Fantastic product, great price for the glass we chose, perfect fit and Country Glass is exceptionally responsive to any calls or questions. Walls are never perfectly straight / 90 degrees, and they got these shower doors aligned perfectly. We absolutely love the doors, as well as the experience with Country Glass.

Overall experience was very positive.

They came out measured the window and gave me an estimate. I got four different estimates and they were the lowest. I then called them to do the job. They ordered the window , when it came in they gave me a call to set up an appointment to install it. They were very quick and efficient. I would use them again.

The men came out as promised and were on time. I was startled that they had no glazing compound with them and had to come back later to finish the job. Quality of the work was good.

I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They did a good job. They came in. They did their work, they were done, and they left. They were professional. There was a wasp's nest which I didn't notice in a birdhouse right next to the door that was smashed. They knocked on the door and confirmed if there were wasps there. Before spraying them, they asked us if they could rather than just doing it. I appreciated that because there are some people who would have been very upset because it was a birdhouse. I knew there were no birds in there this year and I was wondering why. I guess when the wasps moved in, the birds moved out. I have nothing but good to say about them. I can't say anything about the price, but having dealt with them in the past I would say that they were very fair priced. We would use them again in the future.

The work went very smoothly and was excellent quality, the job was professionally done and the contractor cleaned up well after himself, leaving my house much better than it had been before he did the work. I have called them back to schedule more work on my windows, and I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Our experience with Country Glass was excellent, from start to finish. Tim Doherty worked with us to select the windows. This included a visit to their showroom to make a final decision on selection. Tim was professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and friendly, and he quickly responded to emails we sent during the proposal process. The installation crew was professional, completed the job in one day, and did high-quality work. They took the trouble to ensure that all of our window treatments (blinds, curtains, etc.) were restored after window installation. It has now been six months since installation, and we love the new windows. Tim really went above and beyond by coming out this Spring to help us with installation of an air conditioner in one of the new windows. We interviewed several companies before selecting Country Glass. Country Glass was no-nonsense, direct, and honest, and they worked with our Condo Association to ensure that requirements were met.

The windows were up on the ceiling and they got it. They have been doing work for me for almost two years. I call them for everything, even information. They have a great owner, Mike Tucker. He is fascinating to even listen to.

I had called Country Glass for an estimate. To my surprise, they were able to come out that day to measure. I was given brochures of different options and told I could go into either location to look at their showrooms. Mark came to my door in a Country Glass coat, driving a company van. Being home alone with my daughter at the time I felt this was comforting. Very polite offered to remove his shoes upon entering. He finished up and told me they would get back to me with pricing. All in all from start to finish everything went great. They cleaned up after themselves and other then a beautiful shower you couldn?t tell they where there. I will be calling them soon to replace a window and possibly add a patio room or awning on my back deck.
