+ -1 moreNo work was performed. I called on the phone and spoke to Stephen and he gave me a scheduled date/time. When no one arrived at that time I called to confirm and he said they were running about 1.5 hours late and would be there later that day around 1:30 PM. They never showed up, they never called back. I get that you are probably busy, but don't string me along with a promised date/time only to never show up; just tell me you're busy up and don't schedule me! I had to cancel the other services that I had lined up based on you opening up my system. I'm sure your work is good, to warrant your "A" rating, which is why I called you, but I will never know.
