Memorial Day Weekend and I saw a mouse. Had JUST moved to Natick from Ft. Lauderdale...and I freaked out! WHO would help on a holiday weekend let alone on Monday, the day of Memorial Day? I would have to wait until Tuesday after seeing that rodent on Saturday. Left messages with a few companies with no success. BUT Clean Sweep Pest Control CALLED me at 8 AM on Monday and came by that SAME day!! Not just polite and courteous but thorough!! Job completed and I was not charged "holiday emergency" prices. Same price as if job was done on any weekday. They are returning in 30 days to follow-up. All I can say is that this Natick transplant can now sleep at night. Do NOT hesitate to contact this company...simply amazing!!

They tried hard to catch squirrels in the attic area, but had no success. Ended up paying for one week of trying and decided to attempt the job myself.

The work was done quickly and he called about a half hour before he came. Haven t seen any ants since he sprayed.

Rob were right on time and waited patiently while I was in a meeting. He got done really fast. Will know in a couple of weeks if I see a mouse again (will freak out if I do but hopefully not).

He was extremely helpful in catching the animal that had been living in my garage for several days. He set the trap one day, and caught him the next. Fast - efficient service!

he spent 4 days trying to get the squirrel I was able to corner it and smothered it with an aerosol can of adhesive. He came back and removed his traps and the dead squirrel.

Signed a one year agreement which included three follow-up visits. Justin said he would come back in a few weeks since it had been raining and start the quarterly treatments in July. I've contacted him multiple times and asked him to leave his card when he provides follow-up treatment. I've paid for the follow-up visits and Justin has not shown back up since I paid him at the initial treatment.

It appeared like a reputable business. They came when scheduled and performed the task. We explained the issues in detail and were told the method they used would work. If it did not to call back and they would return. We waited about a week or so and the method they used did not work. Several messages were left until finally they responded to call. Agreed to come back and appointment was scheduled. We attempted several other calls trying to confirm but it went straight to voicemail with no response. They never showed up to complete their work but were paid for the work. Very disappointing. Again I state they start by sounding professional and keeping appointment but the follow through was just not there.
