Andre and his team arrived on time despite the fact it was snowing and the job required working outdoors. My porch needed all the panels replaced and was located on the third floor. they did a very professional job, cleaned up the work area and removed all old panels from the worksite when they finished. we agreed on a price for the job, when completed Andre informed me he received a discount when he bought the panels and passed the savings to me and REDUCED the overall cost by more then a $100. one the best experiences I had with hiring, quality of work, on time, professional team, contractor. Will definitely hire again for other projects.

Andre was very professional and courteous throughout the process. He was prompt and communicated. He got the project done in the time frame we agreed upon. He was able to answer the questions I had and offered suggestions on maintenance and care of the deck over its lifespan. I will call him for future work should the need arise.

We gave Mr. Kuhn an impossible mission of removing wallpaper that could not be removed without serious damage to the walls, which we knew in advance. He stripped it, repaired the walls, and painted. It took days to do, but through it all he and his employee were polite and friendly, never got frustrated, and were very professional. He even replaced a broken stair for us. I will hire AK for any other painting needs in the future.
