It took a while to get in touch with the company to schedule an appointment, but the service on the day was excellent. Julio was thorough and made sure he found all the vents and cleaned out everything.

Unsatisfactory. Took forever to get an appointment and they cancelled twice on us then offered to do a refund, which is why i dont go further than unsatisfactory, but the amount of time i lost waiting and chasing them was too much.

Fantastic. While they don't usually service residential kitchen fans/vents, they came for me since I was desperate. I needed a "professional" to clean my fan/vent per the sale agreement for my home. The staff who scheduled were professional and detailed, and the two guys who came out were efficient, tidy, and effective. Everyone was very kind and timely. Would definitely use again and refer to others.

Luckily we removed the vent covers before they arrived. They had many coats of paint and we had to chip the paint away to be able to unscrew them from the wall. AirTek were able to setup and complete the cleaning quickly. They also found that the air filter was not installed properly causing the dust to be recirculated through the house. They were great, professional and will definitely use them again.

Provider gave a very reasonable price quote for a custom work request. We did not have the entire duct system cleaned, which is normally what they do. Provider showed up same day I spoke with him, as and when he said he would, and addressed the issue efficiently and professionally. Price was fair, the quality of the work was very good, and the customer service was top notch. Hard to ask for more.

We bought out home from a 95 year old man who had not cleaned his system or changed his filter in what we think was over 10/15 years. We researched air duct cleaning companies and found that there is no standard method for cleaning. Every company does it differently and every company charges differently. After calling multiple companies we choose Airtek based upon their transparency in describing what is they will do and how they will do it. The scheduling was not difficult. Although the team was late they had driven from another job on the South Shore on a friday to Natick and we had been called and informed they were running late. The team that did the work walked us through the steps and answered all questions we had before they started. They were thorough and professional during the multi-hour process and did all that we were told they would do. Despite it being a Friday afternoon, they worked late to complete the cleaning and cleaned up inside and outside very well and took the time to show me the before and after of the ducts (which was dramatic). I would highly recommend using them and will be calling them to clean my ducts the next time.

They were okay. The job was fine. They were here on time. I think that they did a good job but I've gotten some conflicting advice from them and my plumber so I'm not sure which one of them is right. I might use them in the future but I am not sure.
