Description of Work: Booked to fix cracks in foundation. Was there for the booked appointment which only took about 10 min for $275. While there Rich approached me about fixing my front stairs. I said yes and he said he would call. After three days did not hear from him, so called him and he booked for a Sunday. 45 minutes before the appointment, he cancelled said he would call back that night with re-booking date. He did not call. I called the next morning and he said that he was not in his office and would call back in the afternoon when he was there. He never called and I never heard from him. I stopped pursuing the matter of him fixing my front stairs.
