Description of Work: Had two foundation cracks in a vertical wall. They came out and fixed the one issue, and for a corner crack repair, needed to put in metal bars to strengthen and lock the walls together. I was happy with the quick response, as well as the thorough repair.

Description of Work: The two man team showed up right on time and repaired two separate 4-foot vertical cracks in my basement walls. They made an effort to enter and exit the house in a way to make the least mess, they explained what they were doing, and in a little under an hour it was done. Months later (with lots of rain), not one drop of water in the basement. I think $635 for two folks for an hour (plus materials) is a little much, but it was exactly as quoted and it worked perfectly. I'm very satisfied.

+ -1 moreThe first time they fixed it, it didn't work properly and did leak a bit. I called them and they responded IMMEDIATELY and fixed it really well! They also provide a 10-year transferrable warranty which is great!
Description of Work: Plugged a hole in basement wall where the pipe from the well entered. This had been a horrendous problem and it is now DRY!

+ -1 moreSealed a settlement crack in my basement using epoxy injection method. Were very prompt and did a great job. Was a little expensive given that it took about a half hour, but they give a 10 year fully transferable warranty on their work. Overall, a good experience.

+ -1 moreRich is a professional person and he came on time and did the job perfectly fine. It took approximately 3 hours. I showed him other cracks also and he gave an estimate for them too. After this fix....there were rains continuously for couple of days and we didn't see any water leakage through. Good for now. He gave warranty for 10 years and it is transferable. It is a good experience.

+ -1 moreI had several foundation cracks that I wanted repaired while I was in the process of replacing old insulation and drywall. After doing some shopping around (four different basement/foundation repair companies in the area), A-1 was the least expensive and offered the same warranty on their work as everyone else. I called up A-1 on a Monday morning and they came out the same day and repaired all of the cracks in a couple of hours. They were prompt and professional and did great work. I would definitely use them in the future should I ever need more crack repair.

+ 1 moreI called A-1 on a Saturday and they actually answered the phone (I was expecting a voice recording). I noticed a small amount of water leaking into our basement through a concrete wall crack and described the situation to Rich over the phone. Rich described the crack as if he could see through the phone. He told me it was a settlement crack and went through the steps of their injection process. I received a proposal in my inbox about 15 minutes after I got off the phone with Rich. I called back on Sunday and Rich scheduled me to have the work done that Tuesday. A-1 arrived right on time and it took them about an hour to complete the crack repair. While the technician was at our house I wanted their opinion on my front steps that had some crumbling. After the crack repair I showed the technician Andy our front steps. Andy offered a solution of resurfacing and sealing them to eliminate future crumbling. Andy resurfaced and sealed our front steps right on the spot! GREAT JOB! I would 100% recommend this company!

Description of Work: I had two appointments scheduled with this company and they failed to show both times. The first time he called the night before to confirm, and then asked what town we were located in, as if he was not familiar with the job. He then informed me that he would not be able to come as he was still finishing a previous job. We rescheduled for one week later, and this time he failed to show and did not call.
