Quality work, very responsive, and very professional. The job ended up being twice the size as originally planned due to some additional work not in the original estimate (my issue, not theirs). Bob stayed until the whole job was finished despite it being longer than planned. I would hire again if needed!

All went well and more quickly than I anticipated but piles of debris i.e. concrete bits, were left. This basement was cobwebby and needed a sweeping to start but I thought the leftovers from the work should have been taken away.

I quickly received referrals from them, and called A-1 Foundation Repair. They were cordial and responsive, assuring me that it could be done efficiently. Three days later he arrived when he said he would, explained the process and repaired the crack and the leak. His price was reasonable. After he arrived we added the repair of a crack in the garage floor, which he sealed. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Rich was great. He answered the phone himself and (from my description) could accurately diagnose the problem over the phone as if he were there. Astonishingly he sent a guy the same day as there was a tech already in the area. The tech was smart, polite, explained everything. Problem solved.

Owner was very responsive and accessible. The technician sealed the crack in the corner of our basement foundation and we haven't experienced any leaks since.

Just talked to Rich about getting an estimate for our basement repair job. As soon as I described what was going on over the phone, he could tell that he wasn't the right guy for the job but he explained what sort of service pro I should look for instead. So I can't review his work, but I really appreciate getting such an upfront response that wasn't trying to sell me on something I didn't need.

Crack is repaired. Could have been tidier, but basement is completely dry. In fairness, we were told the stuff injected into the crack had to dry completely over a couple months before cleaning up the wall.

I had several spots where water would leak into my basement during heavy rain storms. The team from A-1 fixed all spots and the problems are solved. Would definitely call them back and would definitely recommend them to others.

Sloppy installation, concrete was dropped all over basement. Repointing was just slapped on the wall. Paul dumped the dirt and concrete from the sump hole directly in my backyard without asking. While running the drain pipe to the exterior of the house Paul measured once/drilled once and drilled directly through my side porch decking (trex) directly below the door. I was reassured they would return to fix the damage they created... Today is 7//26/2017 I have made 8 calls to have them fix the damage they created since the date of work and they have done nothing. The sump pump they installed ended up failing... I had to hire a real company "Northeast Basement Systems" who cleaned up the mess they made in my basement and installed a new sump system. A1 Foundation sucks. Do not use them, you will regret it. I wasted $2500 on these clowns.

Work was ok. Over priced for what was done. There was misalignment on work to be completed. I paid in full before they finished and it took a while for them to finally finish the work.

Great, fixed the crack and since then had several rain storms and no issues

They went out of their way to obtain and install the large drain opening, including a threaded cap that can be simply removed if and when the drain is needed. Also, since it was sealed, the crack in the foundation has not leaked, even in heavy rains.
