The Handyman Way

Mike is truly a professional and talented man. He is thoughtful, respectful, and VERY good at what he does and methodically breaks down problems with simple approaches and solutions. He is busy and it is sometimes difficult to get on his schedule however anyone looking for handyman type work around your home you would be well served by this company and individual. We have used Mike about 6 times already and plan to in the future. Highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier with how the new deck turned out. Mike was professional, detailed, and flexible to help us build the deck we wanted within our budget.

During winter ice storms the whole Boston area was out of salt, tools, ladders and help. It was chaos. But when I called Mike to ask him to borrow his long ladder to get onto my roof he said he'd be happy to help and he went one better. He showed up with his tools. After dinner in the dark and cold Mike and I were on the roof pulling 4 feet of snow and big ice dams off the roof so that we wouldn't have water damage. We got the job done without damaging the roof And he charged me his regular price. Couldn't thank him enough.

The lumberyard sold Mike the wrong kind of door, but then the lumberyard wouldn't take it back. Rather than try to pass the cost onto me, his client, Mike took responsibility for it and kept the door without any questions or hassle. I always ask Mike to come back and do work for me when I have a job to do because I trust him.

Was supposed to be a relatively quick and easy fix, however, when Mike removed the piece of rotted siding much more extensive damage was discovered underneath. He was able to quickly assess the damage, find the source of the problem and repair the whole section of water-damaged/rotted wall in a competent and efficient manner.
