Excellent service and crew!!! Tyler and Shaun are heroes. The sewer line underground from the street to my house broke and my entire basement had 3" of water. They were very responsive and took care of my problem immediately!!

ServPro cleaned my bathroom and other areas in my apartment after a bathroom fire caused by the ceiling fan. The carpet had ash on it. I was told by an honest, hard working owner of another restoration company, “You don’t need to pay more money for me to clean this. A regular carpet cleaning company can do it.” Well, ServPro lied to my landlord and said they had tried to clean it (they hadn’t, I watched them work) and couldn’t. They pulled out the carpet. They threw out my bathmat, shower curtain (had ash on it), and the rings for the curtain (which were perfectly clean) without my permission. I told this to Shawn Hayes, who responded, “You told them they could throw it out!!!” He said that the worker who told him this was “one of the best.” If he was truly the “best,” he would have admitted the mistake rather than accuse a customer of lying. In another incident, my TV stopped working after it was moved by ServPro workers. I repeatedly called and wanted to know whether the TV was dropped or buttons pressed. (In the past, I’ve hit the wrong buttons on the TV or remote and it stopped working). When I spoke to Shawn, I told him that I had not received this information. He again raised his voice—“They didn’t drop it! I told you that yesterday on the phone!” When we had spoken before, I explained the situation. He did not have any information from the workers about what happened. Perhaps he was so highly emotional about the accusation they could have dropped it. Well, from another room, I had heard a crashing sound. Sorry, they drop their own equipment, not TVs. Great workers. Fortunately, my landlord respected my wishes and did not allow ServPro to do the $5,000 remodeling work, including installingnew carpet after needlessly removing it; they just cleaned. I reported my experience to ServPro management and my message was ignored.

Servpro arrived within hours of me calling. They walked me through everything they were planning to do and noted all the damage that could not be saved. They finished the initial visit within two hours and then came back to finish the remediation. They were cordial, punctual and quick! In the end I think they were able to save more of the walls then we were expecting - which I definitely appreciated.

Very well. They took care of the problem efficiently. Hauled away all of the sodden carpeting and pad. Ben even let me keep the drying equipment running in the house for an extra few days while I was out of town.

I have completed many jobs with this team. Deck sanding and staining, frozen pipe remediation, some siding work and interior remodeling (from demo to finish work). The quality of the work is great, communication with Dave, the general contractor, is prompt and pricing is reasonable.

ServPro was very responsive to what we needed and did excellent work throughout the project. This was a large project considering they had about 15 homes to do at same time.

They cleaned up the debris, and did a great job. I had used them about 4 years ago to clean our my garage after my furnace had a blowout. They've always been great, and never make any decisions without checking with me first. They were fantastic about consulting me while moving the boxes off the shelves to make sure everything got sorted out the way I wanted it. Their customer service was wonderful, and they're very caring and helpful. The ladies that came out to my house had already come out before, so I was very comfortable with them, and confident in their work.

The company was prompt and arrived on time. Frank was the supervisor and he was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. They were able to do the initial clean up that day, and moved all furniture that had been contaminated out of the basement. He gave me his number and was in contact with myself, our neighbors and adjuster. He and his crew arrived last Monday to finish the clean up. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered, and were able to remove the dumpster early the next morning so as to minimize disruption to our parking situation. The crew worked quickly and effectively to move the remainder of the furniture out of the basement, tear out the walls and floor, and clean the basement of remaining contamination. When the job was done, he brought me down, showed me everything he did and explained why. I was very pleased with his crew and how well he completed the job with very little disruption on to me.

You never, ever, ever want to have to have ServPro in your house as it probably means something very bad happened. That being said, if something bad does happen (in our case we had a house fire caused by a lightning strike), ServPro does a great job of getting the restoration process going. ServPro were at our house for three weeks straight with two crews. One crew cleaned all our furniture and non-fabric contents and stored them in our garage and in two onsite storage PODs. They also wiped down the walls and floors of the non-fire damaged part of the house to mitigate smoke damage. The second crew gutted the fire damaged part of the house down to the studs and subfloor. After eight months we're now moving back into our house and unpacking the boxes that ServPro packed. The boxes were as well labeled as could they could be. Boxes with breakables were well packed (and labeled such) and we've yet to come across anything broken. Most everything seems to have been well cleaned before packing. I have to give the crews credit for being hardworking and courteous for the entire job. I cannot comment on price as they were contracted directly by our insurance company.

Servpro was very professional, and definitely knew what they were doing. The reason I gave them a B for responsiveness is because we had to wait 2 days for their service (many flooded basements!). We were fine with waiting because we took care of the water ourselves. It was worth the wait to have someone as experienced as Sergio work on our basement. Also, I read a previous comment about their customer survey. I filled the survey out while Sergio was unplugging the fans, so he was not standing there watching me judge him on paper.

After our washing machine overflowed, we had pools of water on our first floor. We were able to get much of the obvious water up ourselves, and then called our insurance company to assess and repair the damage. For the record, an aside: it was a KitchenAid washing machine, and the problem turned out to be that the water level pressure hose had dislodged from the pressure sensor. It's ridiculous that this important connection isn't even secured with a 1-cent clip. So it caused thousands of dollars in damage. Totally irresponsible design. Anyway... Our insurance company suggested that we use ServPro to mitigate the water damage that occurred when our washing machine overflowed. It was assigned to ServPro Framingham. I spoke with David on the phone and his team was here within hours, led by Sergio. Throughout our ordeal they were friendly and helpful, and arrived right when they said they would. They worked quickly but carefully, and I don't think they damaged anything accidentally. They put up heavy plastic to seal the affected area from rest of the house as they worked. They emptied out a few wall units to get them out of the way. Except for the wallboard surrounding our heating duct (which was pretty much all affected), they only removed the bottom sections of the walls in our living space and extracted the wet insulation. After they were done they did some nice things like empty out our wet-vac (we'd filled it before they arrived) and offer to clean our carpets when everything was finished. I'm not sure how much they charged the insurance company, so I have no idea what they billed for, specifically, which is why I put '0' as the cost. All-in-all, considering the stress and conditions we were experiencing, ServPro made things surprisingly painless (apart from the pain of seeing our home torn up). My only complaint is the paperwork logistics. After completion I had to sign off on the work (fine), but the form had some questions about my satisfaction with the job. I didn't like having to fill out the evaluation portion of the form with the workers standing there waiting for me to finish writing. If ServPro wants that information, it should be sent under separate cover. I would use ServPro of Framingham again without hesitation.

Originally the water damage was thought to be only in one small area. The men from Servpor assessed the damage and found that the entire first floor of wall to wall carpeting was wet and needed to be removed. They talked to my landlord and after he ok'd the job, they removed the damaged carpet. They were very careful about my belongings and were professional in every way. After the carpet was removed they assessed the damage to the floor and the walls. They removed the baseboard and drilled some holes in the dry wall to dry it out quickly and prevent mold. Three industrial fans were brought in as well as a dehumidifier. They took my area rug to be cleaned and left instructions about running the fans for at least 4 full days. Servpro sent out employees to remove the equipment and they arrived on time and returned my cleaned rug.
