Neil Hutt Sealcoating

Not well. Neil had sealcoated my driveway several times in the past with no issues which is why I didn't rate him as an 'F', but last year there were hairline cracks throughout as well as a black powder left over much of my garage floor and walkways. I asked him to come back and recoat the cracks. He agreed to, but left 2 rather insulting voice mails and insisted on payment prior to recoating. I had always paid by bills on time in the past so I don't know why he questioned my credibility this time. I told him not to bother coming back and sure enough large areas of the seal coating were peeling by early spring.

Neil did a great job with my driveway.

I had reached out to this service provider for hot crack repair and seal coating my driveway in westborough, ma. The provider was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. He explained why I was seeing minor cracking (checking) on my driveway and discussed details of how the work would be performed. Provider showed up on time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend and use again should the need arise.

Neal did we he said he would. Dropped estimated price due to volume of work in area. Cheaper to keep hot tar machine hot than start from cold.

Neil showed up at the designated time and reviewed the job, explaining carefully what he and his team would do. He called the day before the scheduled appointment in order to confirm and showed up the next day with a crew who cleaned and prepared the area. The following day they came back and applied several coats and the driveway looks great. He did a fine job and was very easy to do business with.
