+ -1 moreIt went great. James was our advocate from the very start. He was willing to do showings any day and any time, anywhere. He was objective and always offered ideas. He is an expert with the VA loan process. James also applied his extensive knowledge and customer advocacy to ensure we got the house we wanted despite other offers to the seller. With James' help, during the slow real estate season of January in Boston, we just closed on the first house that we put an offer on! We submitted the offer on January 14th. Closed February 14th! Amazing! I felt lucky to have James on my side and would recommend him without hesitation!
