Description of Work: John and his crew renovated two bathrooms in our house, one of which had been in a terrible state for a long time. John worked with us on every facet of the renovation, was flexible about availability, and was open and amenable to last-minute design changes by us. The team is very professional and their work is top-notch. I am extremely pleased with the results and satisfied with the relationship we had with JMS Partners.

Description of Work: Remodeled two bathrooms. The job took a bit longer than expected but, ultimately, finished on the deadline day. Very satisfied with the job done. Would hire again, for sure.

Description of Work: This is a long overdue review of the work that Tom Moss of JMS performed for us last spring. He remodeled a bathroom for us. Work that he performed personally or subcontracted included creating a linen closet, installing a ceiling fan and stall shower, tiling and painting. He was meticulous, prompt and addressed all of our concerns. He answered all emails quickly. We were very satisfied and would definitely work with him again.

Description of Work: Update: I did get an email response with the reason why I was not contacted earlier. I left a voicemail with JMS partners yesterday @ 1pm and also emailed them from Angie's list asking that they call me back to schedule a time to review the work I need done. The email provider feature has a guarantee 1 business day response. However, its been almost 36 hours since both my requests and I have not gotten a call back or an email. I do believe everyone deserves a second chance because based on the reviews here, the company has a great reputation. Hopefully someone will prove me wrong. No work was performed.

Description of Work: On 9/4 I contacted 3 contractors on this site about building a small apartment onto my parent's home with a budget of about $100,000. JMS responded within 12 hours and we had a date set to meet soon thereafter. The other two businesses haven't even bothered to respond and here it is three weeks later! So far JMS has proven to be ultra professional. I very much look forward to discussing this project I am determined to build. THAT'S how you run a business!

Description of Work: I spoke with John over the phone about a rotted foundation sill under the front of a split level home. He doesn't service my area, but was very willing to talk with me and give me lots of advice and an idea of the costs involved in various remedies. He even went so far as to call me back and leave a message about some other issues that might be involved. He seemed very helpful, honest and straight forward. I wish I could have hired him!

Description of Work: John came out to give an estimate and was very prompt. We have not yet had the work done but were very impressed with his willingness to work with us on the different options. ($11,000.00)
