We chose Galaxy Granite because they were 1/2 the price of Home Depot and 3 other companies! We went there to pick out our granite and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and informative. They came to our house in less than a week to do the measurements. Both men were so professional and polite. Again answering all our questions. Additionally, they would have come down to install the granite in 1 week! Most companies told us 6-8 weeks for delivery & install!! When they arrived to install, it was 2 different men who were equa!ly so professional and helpful! They were neat as a pin and made sure everything was cleaned up. Didn't take a break, got the job done! If we had an issue, they took care of it immediately and guarantee their product 100%. I would not hesitate to recommend Galaxy Granite. Service was excellent, every step of the process was handled professionally and they were a pleasure to work with. Fair pricing and quick turnaround.

All went very well. The only reason that I graded a B instead of an A is because I asked if the installers could let me know before they were coming. The arrival time was 8am to 10am, but since I have a young daughter to get ready for her day, an 8am arrival would require me to get assistance. Any other time of the day and I would not have needed a call ahead, but I asked and the scheduler on the phone said they would. The install guys were respectful, clean, fast. Communication with the company was good and clear.

We purchased a Caesarstone quartz counter top for our kitchen through IKEA and they had it installed by Galaxy Granite. Galaxy Granite did a great job. The measuring for the counter top was precise and we were given some options [together with good explanations] along the way to choose from as it was measured. The installation itself, including undermounting the sink and drilling a hole to position the new faucet, was completed in a little less than an hour and a half. The Galaxy Granite folks who came to our home were professional and very helpful. We definitely would have Galaxy Granite install a counter top for us again. Also, we are delighted with the Caesarstone quartz. We visited their warehouse in Norwood, MA to view slabs in person. They were very helpful too.

They were prompt, efficient, came, did the job, and left. It all was just no non-sense. They were good guys and pleasant. They were fantastic.

Galaxy Granite provided materials and installation services for a granite countertop purchased through Ikea. The cost of the granite is based on use, not slab, which is a huge plus. Once I completed my purchase thru Ikea I visited Galaxy's office to schedule a templating appointment, and discuss choosing my slab. They let me go out to their yard and choose the slab. A week later I received a call that they accidentally used the slab I chose, but they were more than willing to make it right by setting me up with an appointment at their granite distributor to choose my next slab. The template was built in under an hour, and less a week later, the crew showed up to install the granite. The install and cut of the granite is flawless. I made it clear to the templater that I would like to avoid a seam if possible, and although he accomodated my request.

Professional job, courteous, responsive - any issues resolved to our satisfaction quickly and to our satisfaction. They are first class, family organization and stand behind their work. We would have no reservations recommending them or using them again. They are quality workmen and back their product. Beautiful workmanship and a can do attitude for a steam shower that we didn't think we would be able to have done.

Just completed installing my kitchen granite - purchased thru IKEA in Nov. Initial contact that IKEA gave us @ Galaxy didn't follow up, she is no longer with company. All other personnel were 1st class and resolved all issues, meeting more than our expectations. Leticia and Teresa in office were quick responders with all questions. Eric a professional templater did a great job - it all fit. We have no reservations in recommending them again and again. Will be using for our master bath redo. They deliver everything they say and back it up and their word can be depended upon. Marco the owner is a man of his word. They are first class craftsmen. IKEA is fortunate to have them as a supplier.

Overall things went very well. Their quality of work was outstanding and they were willing to work with me on scheduling, which was above and beyond.

About the only thing positive that I can say about the installation is that the final product looks pretty good. They were hard to get in touch with. They constantly changed appointment times on me and then showed up outside the scheduled time. They forgot to bring all the material for the install so we had to schedule a follow up, eating up more of my time than I'd budgeted. There were details they left undone like caulking the gap between the backsplash and the wall were it was not flush. My contractor said that this is generally the countertop people's responsibility.

They were very friendly and nice. Their pricing was competitive. They are far away from the downtown part of the city so we actually had a tough time getting to see the granite during daylight and open hours. They did make a mistake on a windowsill installation. It wasn't completely smooth but they were friendly about it, but seemed pretty busy. The quality was great. I might check someone else out because of their location and the one snag we had, but I would consider using them again.

I met them in their showroom to review my plans and select a stone; They we very patient with my indecision and changes. Once a material was selected, they scheduled an appointment at my home to 'template' the counters. Two weeks later, my counters were ready and they we very accommodating to my contractor's schedule. They had to come back to look at what appeared to be a 'mlky film' on the counter surfaces; they never hassled me and found the solution immediately. Each step of the way, Galaxy was very punctual and professional. I love my counters!

A very small job that I was trying to get done quickly because we were having a new water filtration system installed in our home and as part of that installation needed a 1' hole bored out to install a dedicated "pure water" faucet. Called around to four different suppliers. One who would not take the job for "liability reasons" and two other who could do the work in a week to ten days with prices ranging from $125-$250. Galaxy took the call quickly, researched technicians availability and called me back saying someone could be there in thirty minutes and do it for $60. I said done but can you give me 45 minutes because it'll take that long for me to get home from work. They indicated no problem, we'll wait for you. They were waiting for me when I got home and did the job in ten minutes. They cleaned up the area nicely and were very courteous.

They were helpful and accommodating. They had to come back out to readjust a piece to fit.

DROVE OUT TO PICK SLABS FOR THEM TO HOLD UNTIL TIME TO INSTALL. THEY DID NOT HOLD THEM. THEY OFFERED TO SEND A TRUCK OUT WITH SAMPLES. AND THEN BACKED OUT. AFTER GIVING A DEPOSIT THEY REQUESTED AN ADDITIONAL $500. I WAS SPEAKING WITH THEM ON THE PHONE, AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME. THEY STATED THEY WOULD SEND MY CHECK BACK TO ME.
