C Morcone Painting & Remodeling

I contacted Chris to help widen one of my closet doorways to more appropriately accommodate a stackable washer/dryer. The closet was already housing a washer/dryer but the fit was very tight, and when the washer finally broke down after about 10 years, I decided to finally do something about the area. The closet was in quite a state of disrepair and had damaged linoleum on the floor as well as numerous dings, screw, and nail holes in the wall. Chris sent his brother Mike to fix the area up and widen the doorway. Now it's like a completely new area, it's beautiful. Chris and Mike were both super nice and completed the project in an efficient and timely manner. I will definitely contact Chris again in the future for my home improvement needs.

Chris was a wonderful person to work with. We needed a lot of renovations on our new home and Chris was able to take care of all of it. Painting, wallpaper removal, fireplace repair, finishing wood floors, installing new doors, bathroom renovation... I'm probably forgetting something since he did a ton of work on the house! Everything looks fantastic and I am very glad I chose to work with Chris. I can't imagine that it would look as good with anyone else. As first time home owners, we were extremely grateful for his expertise in renovating the house. He had great judgement, and we trusted his advice when deciding what projects to move forward with. He always communicated with us, and became like part of the family working on the house. We will surely work with him again on future projects down the road!

The owner was away and his brother Mike did the work. He was punctual and easy to talk to. My garages needed the weatherstrips replaced and he did it in no time. I will definitely be using them going forward.

Chris did an excellent job of demo and upgrading my deck (during a heat wave!) He explained everything in detail that he was doing. He did extra work to make sure it was secure as my last one was collapsing. He always showed up on time and finished on schedule. He shopped at several locations to get the best materials for my deck. I would definitely recommend Chris to others. My deck looks beautiful and I'm enjoying it very much.

This project was to repair drywall that had been removed in order to complete a basement waterproofing project. Chris came out and thoroughly examined the work to be done, provided a detailed estimate, and subcontracted a known plasterer to complete that part of the work. Everything was done as requested, he and Mike did excellent work, as did the plasterer, completing everything as promised. I would happily use him again for other projects and recommend him highly.

Mike (Chris's brother) came on time for inspection and fixed the exterior wall damage on the same day. It was very thoughtful and I am grateful because my mom is coming over in a few days.

My husband and I hired Chris after being highly recommended by a friend. We had water/ice damage in 2015 in the ceiling and walls in our foyer, kitchen and dinning room. Once I called him, he was quick in coming to see the damage and giving us a fair estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood. He installed new ceilings and walls in my DR and kitchen and also painted them. Hi did such a great job, we contracted him do additional remodeling work in our kitchen by adding porcelain tiles in my kitchen floor. He removed, reinstalled and painted baseboards and trim in both rooms. He and his crew were very very polite, efficient and hard working and did a great job cleaning up every day. He worked real hard making my rooms new again and looking beautiful. We will definitely use his services again and have already started recommending him to family and friends. We have made a new friend!

I hired Chris to remodel a small bathroom and repair wood flooring. He proved to be dependable and was an excellent communicator. We originally hired Chris to install replacement windows. We were extremely please with the job he did and because of that experience we decided to use Chris to paint the outside of our home. We were looking for someone who could both do carpentry and paint because we did not want to have to go through the trouble of using multiple contractors. Chris did an outstanding job on the project. He found that there was extensive damage to the trim and had to replace and repair much more than originally anticipated. He fixed all of the problems that he saw, including many that were out of the scope of the contract. His workmanship is excellent and he took the time to make sure that everything was done right. On the staining he used a combination of spray with brush over. This required extra prep work to cover all of the windows but resulted in excellent coverage and penetration. We have been in the house for over 30 years and can honestly say that this is the best paint job we have had. On top of the outstanding craftsmanship , Chris is very easy to work with. He is an extremely hard worker, he is very respectful and courteous. He took extra time to explain things and to make sure that we were comfortable with everything he was doing. When he was done he cleaned everything up and removed all of the debris. We will definitely use Chris for other projects and would highly recommend him for any painting or remodeling project.

C. Morcone is my "go to guy" for all my home improvement needs. He is extremely trustworthy and honest and his estimates have always been accurate and the work is reasonably priced.

Chris was a joy to work with! When we first contacted him he responded right away! He came to my house and looked at the job a challenge! ( But in a great way) my kitchen was over 40 years old and needed a new makeover. chris and his crew made my dream come true. They gutted, took down walls, expanded doorways, added a pantry, did over the kitchen(everything new including the floors) paintied and did over 2 half baths in a timely manor. They are extremely dedicated to there work and it shows. They were clean and there cost was reasonable. I would deffianlety use Chris and his crew again and would recommend them.
