LCT Construction replaced my shingle roof with a rubber roof. LCT is the first company that thought due to my low pitch roof, rubber would be the best option. The salesman spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining things to me without being condescending, something many roofers are not able to do when speaking to a woman. The crew did an excellent job of cleanup and protected my many plantings around the house. I wish I had used them for my last two roofs.

From the estimate to the installation to a thorough cleanup, LCT did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked very quickly to install the roof. The shingles were an upgraded material at no additional cost compared to other estimates we received. We will definitely hire them again for our next project.

This company installed an excellent roof. High quality. On time, hard working, respectful and cleaned up all of the debris. I would definitely recommend them.

LCT Construction arrived when they stated they would and early. They worked into the evening, trying to finish the job the same day but there were a few issues with our roof and required them to come back the next day. Again, they came early and finished by noon. They were very polite, respectful and very hard working. They completely cleaned all debris and my husband actually said that other then the new roof, you would not know they were here as the yard/driveway were completely clean.

Had the chance to watch them work from 7:30 am to 6:15 pm - from start to finish. The crew had such a synergy working together, it was really a pleasure to watch. Roof is fantastic, extremely satisfied.

The salesman was straight-forward and informative and the workers were diligent and thorough. They worked hard and cleaned up quite well. An excellent experience overall, and for a reasonable price.

I had 9 estimates on my roof replacement and my main concern was that it was done correctly and I would have no further problems down the road. My second concern was value for my investment. I am extremly satisfied that BOTH of my concerns were well taken care of. I would highly recomend this company for their integrity and dilegence. P.S. I was present and observed the entire project.

LCT originally responded to a flat rubber roof repair but we were so impressed, we pushed up another project and had them do our main house roof (shingle) as well. They were honest, professional, were always willing to talk to us and explain why or what they were doing - it was truly an exceptional experience. On top of that, they were one of the lower quotes - a great value for us. I would totally recommend that you hire them.

Showed up early, stripped, re-plywood and shingle roof. VERY professional team. These guys work great as a team getting the job done in one day. Left my property SPOTLESS. Also want to compliment the salesman... he came out to bid the job and didn't waste my time with a lenghty presententation. He was "to the point" . No regreets hiring them.

The crew was on the job early and did a fine job of stripping, re-sheathing and shingling my barn roof. This was after the Thanksgiving snow. No problem for these guys. Great cleanup.

LCT CONSTRUCTION IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FROM THEN ON THEY JUST WORKED AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEM 56 SQUARES STRIP AND INSTALL ALL NEW CERTAINTEED ROOFING SYSTEM LOUIS THE OWNER IS EXCELLENT SO WAS JAMIE HIS SALES MANAGER AND ALSO INSTALLED 16 NEW VELUX SKYLIGHTS THEY DO IT ALL THE WORK THEY HAD TO DO WAS EXSTENSIVE WORKED AROUND 30 TOTAL SKYLIGHTS ETC.ETC.ETC. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIRST CLASS OUTFIT DOT THERE EYES AND CROSS THERE TEES. THANKS GUYS.

I highly recommend LCT Construction to anyone in the market for a new roof. Jamie came out promptly and gave me the first estimate of 3 and not only was it the most reasonably priced, his presentation was highly informative & professional. He left me a folder with the quote, a page of references, proof of insurance & information about every product that would be used for the job. I did not receive this from the other two contractors including one who was from a large retail chain. Luis and his crew finished the job in one day and left the area spotless. In every way they did an awesome job!

We did a roof replacement April of this year. James was the salesman who gave me the estimate and answered all my questions. And I had a lot of questions! He was patient and very informative. Since I am a salesperson myself, I appreciated the low pressure approach. On the day of the work, Luis ( the owner) , came by with a crew of six at 7:45.They had the house and a two car garage stripped and the underlayment done by lunch time. By 4:30, the whole job was completed! The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up. Great job!

In December of 2013 the LCT did a roof replacement and everything was great from start to finish. Everything was done as promised . They also installed 2 bathroom vents at no extra charge. Thanks a lot!
