Great experience. My initial call was answered immediately. A convenient appointment was made. The company representative arrived on time and provided the expertise and service that I needed for a very reasonable price. Perfect!

Excellent customer service. I was charge exactly what was estimated which was a great price compare to other companies. Tanner was very informative and made me feel very comfortable with a few concerns I had. The crew was nice did work quick and efficiently. I canâ t forget Kymm she was very pleasant to talk to . some customer service reps can learn a lot from her. I would highly recommended this company to anyone looking for mold removal. My job was the attic.

This was a great experience. They were very professional, very detailed, and kept me in the loop throughout the process while they were working on the house. Communication is key in these situations and they went above and beyond in sharing photos, giving me details about where the issues were that created the problem, and were genuinely nice people to work with. Dropping 4 figures on a remediation job is never something you want to do, but they treat you well, and warranty the work for a year! can't get better than that.

My experience with this company was excellent from beginning to end. I spoke on the phone with a young lady named Jacqui who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Then a young man named Chris came to my house to examine the situation and provide an estimate. One of the things I liked most is that the price they quoted me was not the start of a negotiation. The price was the price and that is how I like to do business. The work was done on time and was as promised. The entire organization was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

This was my first experience for possible mold spores. It was a result of the recommendation of the assessor for Eversource energy. I located your company on the internet. You phoned and I was impressed by the individual with whom I spoke who answered my questions in a way that I could understand. Your technician arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional and apprised me of the situation again in an easy to understand way. I would recommend Green Home Solutions to anyone.

Tech came out and did an inspection of the entire house. He was very professional explaining what he was looking for and what he found. I received the results of the air quality test the next day and was told that there was no remediation necessary.

I have been having allergy issues and needed to have the air quality in my home tested. I first spoke with Jacquie, who was both professional and personable. She explained they would sent someone out to inspect home for any obvious mold issues and do an air quality test if nothing was evident. Tanner arrived as scheduled and was also very knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Did inspection, tested air quality and got back to me with the results In a day. Would use again.

Did not actually do anything except do an air quality test which came out fine. I thought it would have been a more in-depth review of our basement. Luckily we were told there is no mold issue and recommended putting in a dehumidifier.

Technicians were on time, very friendly and courteous. They covered every surface leading to the job sight. Explained everything to me about the process and what to expect when they finished. I highly recommend this company for mold mitigation
